How to trigger 0.1% of your audience → call two cranes “geese” … 🫶
Boo this man!
LOL! I thought that part was cute. You called those cranes geese before on a manhole on a different video :P
"These aren't the droids you are looking for!" lol! 🤣 Hokkaido is captivating.
Love airport tours so much. Please do more John!!! Thank you
This is actually pretty nice airport for a remote area. I like it.
What a lovely small airport with so many amenities. It reminds me of Haneda’s international terminal with the restaurants on the 2nd level and outdoor observation deck.
I love all your Hokkaido videos!
This reminds me of the Ube Airport in Southern Japan, with Beautiful Yamaguchi Prefecture, Yamaguchi University and so many things of My beautiful Past . . Always grateful to You for recalling Our Beautiful Memories of Wonderful Japan. Take Care. Good Luck Dear John. Thanks again.
(Dr Sarath Hettiarachchi.).
Something I love to get in Hokkaido are the caramels. Small boxes and travel well : good omiyage. They have light & dark caramel, fruit flavors and beer flavor! The beer flavored caramels would be a good on camera tasting. They’re also in Tokyo’s Hokkaido shop.
I just recently was checking out the hospital on the map. Neat.
Assuming if I ever do a cross-province tour/escapade and don't circle back to Hakodate, then i can fly back home from here then. Neat.
Love your Videos and Presentation, thank you
glad to see they used real grass, may be next time there will be real mama cow and baby. longevity cranes love seeing them dance. good flight.
Kushiro Airport - It has reminded me of the old airport of Nagoya... I have been early there but there hadn't been many Take Off and many landings to watch... Not many Shops and Restaurants.
Thank you very much, John, for sharing your Video with us.
Cool airport. ✌️
I hope the flight went well
Wow Ana new budget airline and another one for Asia called AIR JAPAN from 2023 good to see more competition also john!!! 👍🏻
Safe trip back man!! ✌🏻
Even though that i didn’t saw this from the start , my opinion is that airport is small but nice 🙂! So thank you for sharing 👍!!!
John, Love this stream of this airport. But I thought you knew the difference between, geese, and cranes. Dame John-san. (LOL) Much love to Kanae and Rio, oops, Leo. arigato.
Yeah, I was thinking more about the bird that was taking me to Tokyo 😂 ✈️ that’s my fault 🤦🏻
12:42 John, it sounds like the plane is running up its auxiliary power unit (APU). Most likely it's getting ready for the flight.
On a side note. Would love to visit Hokkaido one of these days.
I love small airport
When I visit Japan I want see the countryside and the medieval battlefields like Tushima.
Hi John good too see
Been to Japan 3 times already and been a total tourist by going to the major attractions. Although I would want to venture out more to Hokkaido and down south. But the problem is getting around. Between the major cities are easy with the shinkansen and rail. But getting out to the countryside has challenges for a tourists especially when it comes to getting around locally. Renting a car and then driving has another level of challenges as well for a foreign tourist.
The airport was so quiet!!
Redone airport in 88..thats the year I was born :)
Those are sandhill cranes.
I walk through Kyoto and Osaka with a Tourist map seeing what a usual Tourist never sees... Meeting locals who were thinking that I would have been lost which has started a small talk. Everybody thinking that I am an American....
That noise is not from the prop. It is from the business jet (gold color)
Hokkaido is quite big and driving maybe take too much time. Flying is the best option. I drove 10 hours on the road and just want to go to a bigger city. The Last Frontier of Japan still has lots of potential! Similar to CANADA! Wonder about their speed limit on the road? Haha...🤗😂 Over 80 Miles/ hr.....or no one care just like Canada. One goal~ arrive in a city or town before dawn ( Sunset)!
Those birds third time reminder are NOT Geese you silly goose. They are the Japanese beloved rare red crested CRANES. Hart for you to understand?????
Hahaha it's his secret plan to get more comments on his video
Just out of curiosity , what gimbal do you use? I just got the om 5, still getting used to it.
I didn’t like OM5. OM4 was much better for me. 5 was not an improvement I thought.
Not geese! 😃たんちょう Red-crowned Crane. Kushiro is famous for them.
I like Asian Airports, in Europe the only thing they usually have are overpriced mainstream items like super expeinsive Sweets you can find just everywhere in Europe or Luxury brands stuff and such as well as overpriced drinks while in Japan and even China they often have nice decorations and very cool shops (overpriced as well though)
Love taking prop planes...I'm getting ready to go back on the road for work after WFH for 2 years, first stop Thunder Bay, Ontario that has a small 'international' (it flies to the US lol) airport.
