This is a big achievment that deserves to be celebrated. Congrates Brother!
Thank you! It's been a long journey, but seeing it all come together is incredibly rewarding. Appreciate your support and kind words!
The landscaping is not finished yet, but it's stunning ❤
Thank you so much! We're excited about the progress, and we can't wait to see the final results. Stay tuned for more updates!
I love what I'm seeing already; the greens will be a lovely sight to behold.
Well done.
Thank you! I'm really excited about how it's turning out. The greenery will definitely add a beautiful touch to the overall look. Appreciate your support! 🌱😊
Love it. You can't go wrong with green areas. Some people will say, you can park up to 10 cars as if that is what life is all about.
Thank you! I completely agree. A green area adds so much life and tranquility to a home. Prioritizing green spaces over parking lots makes the environment more pleasant and refreshing. 🌿🌞
Doing a great job Bayo. LATMOS will be so proud of you. Regards to Jummy
Thanks a lot
This house fine ❤well done my brother kudos
Thanks a lot! I appreciate your support. 😊
Absolutely beautiful! But are your royal palms not too close to your fence? Similar palms that I saw in the Caribbean, Florida and California grow to be huge trunks, they will literally be pushing against your fence wall.
Unless this was by design, I suggest you move them in a bit before it’s too late.
Thanks for your concern! I chose a dwarf variety of royal palms that shouldn't grow too large, but I'll keep an eye on them. If they start to outgrow their space, I'll definitely consider moving them. Appreciate the heads up! 🌴😊
Congratulations, your hardwork and commitment to success is inspiring
Thanks a lot
You are very inspiring. I almost finished my house in Ibadan, too. I'm tired of staying in hotels when on holiday back home.❤❤❤❤🇬🇧
Thank you! That’s great to hear. It’s always better to have your own place rather than staying in hotels. Best of luck with finishing your house in Ibadan! 😊🏠❤
THANK YOU WELLDONE SIR ❤❤❤.
Most welcome
It going to be so beautiful when all the grass and flowers grow ❤❤❤
Thank you! I'm excited to see it all come together. The greenery will definitely add a fresh and vibrant touch to the house. 🌿🌸
Really nice my brother. Congrats!
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful!!!! Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you so much 😀
Congratulations
Thanks a lot
The landscape is looking beautiful. I was concerned about the trees close to the fence due to their roots. They can crack the fences in future. Good job bro.
Thanks for the compliment! No worries about the trees; we chose dwarf varieties with less aggressive root systems to avoid any future damage to the fence.
Very nice 👌🏼
Thank you! Cheers!
Its really nice to see you guys building homes with landscaping in Nigeria, we dont see enough of them. Also quality of life is better with greenery . We are not made to live inside concrete boxes, as Africans there is a reason behind why our houses in the olden days was merely one room or two at most, its because we understood that the entire environment is our home not just the building. Indoor- outdoor living is the way to go, in South Africa its hard to sell a house that does not have easy access to the outside living areas, like huge sliding doors in the living room that gives access to the outside some homes have that access even from bedrooms, so if a person wakes up they can just walk out from the bedroom to the grass and soak up the sun and fresh morning air. Human beings are going back to living in harmony with nature and its beauty and not against it. We no longer building homes to protect against "possible robbers" and "creatures" like snakes or spiders etc we are building to be in harmony with the environment. Things like bugs and snakes (especially snakes )etc they are actually very intelligent creatures they will not go close to the house they know places that are good for them and their habitat. There are also plants that repel such creatures. This yard is going to be very beautiful 😍, imagine just taking a walk around you compound once the greenery is mature taking a chair and sitting outside watching children play outside, very nice.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I completely agree with you. Integrating greenery into our living spaces enhances our quality of life and connects us with nature. Your insights on indoor-outdoor living and the intelligent design of our traditional homes are spot on. I’m looking forward to enjoying the mature greenery and the harmony it brings. Appreciate your kind words and support! 🌿🏡😊
So true. It brings calm and serenity to life.
Well said. The only thing I would say Africans needs to improve is to the fence of their building. I like very lower fence so that I can see people crossing by. Over all Charles you have done amazing job here. Congratulations
You need to ensure adequate fumigation to keep snakes away or maybe you have already taken this into account. Well done, really beautiful landscaping
Thank you for the advice! Fumigation is definitely a priority to ensure safety and comfort. I appreciate your compliment on the landscaping. Your support means a lot! 🌿🏡😊
Very beautiful!
Thank you very much!
Beautiful. ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ! What is the driveway tile and paint style called ?
Thanks so much. Its concrete Stamped Floor
Welcome back to Canada

Nice work but I suggest you put some kerb at the egde of the house and the fence
Thank you for the suggestion! Adding kerbs is a great idea to give the landscape a neat and finished look.
Bro I want to great you an your hands well done 👍
Thank you so much! I appreciate your support and encouragement. It's been a lot of hard work, but it's all worth it.
Is Wow. Very nice. Thank God for ur safe return.
Can I pls, have the architect contact?
Thank you! I'm glad to be back and continuing the project. Your support means a lot!
The length of the house is huge. If you don’t mind me asking, what are the dimensions of the house as well as size of your plot?
Its a one and half plot of land, i think its 150 x 50ft
Once done, you may want to provide yearly maintenance costs factoring in inflation and exchange rate to the USD.
Good point! I’ll definitely consider providing a yearly maintenance cost breakdown, taking into account inflation and exchange rates to the USD. Thanks for the suggestion!
Nice one there.
One question is why the Black Paint on the Slabs.
My reason of asking is , the black paint will retain Heat
Thank you. It not black it dark grey
Nice house. Well done. Where did you get your Solar Security Camera from please?
email me at otticharles7@gmail.com i will send you the contact
Looking great! Just wondering aloud, the grass doesnt seem like sods, so is it grass seeds? Also any plans to install a sprinkler system, considering how hot the it gets in Nigeria?
Thanks! My security guy will be watering the grass as needed to keep it lush and green.
Greetings Bro , please what is the land size of your house from the gate right to the back of the house , I wish to build something similar to this 🙏🏽🙏🏽
The land size is feet is about 60 feet by 180 feet as its a one and half plot of land..
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
My brother how much did your stamp flooring cost you in Naira.i am in England and I want to do the same thing like your to my current project in Nigeria
I have to check my record. I will be making full video on this very soon.
Hi. What's the SQM of this property? Thank you
Its a one and half plot of land which i think its about 972 SQM. Thanks
I am moving to Ghana in September and looking for friends 😅
That wont be a problem for sure
The mango tree is just too close to the fence...
I appreciate the concern. I’ll look into repositioning it to avoid any potential issues with the roots affecting the fence. Thanks for the advice!
how many plots of land please?
One and half plot of land
thank you for your response. I don't know if you can share the building plan via email. I will be very thankful.
How much does the grasses cost?
I'll be making a video on that soon.
@@CharlesOtti okay, thank you
What province are you in?
Alberta
Please remove mango tree ... mango tree will destroy the wall or the foundation of your house.
Thanks for the heads up! I appreciate your concern. I'll definitely look into it
Dont make this mistake in the coountry home side cos very angry snakes will visit you uncontrollably , except you have enough to take care of the bushes that are not yours
We are working on that for sure
Congrats on the project. Can u please hook me with the phone number of the guy that did stamped flooring/landscaping? Thanks.
I will be making a video with him very soon
Ok, thanks
Nice bro. Still waiting for you to reply my email.
I will right now
Very nice. Often times we see beautiful people homes paired with atrocious landscaping in Nigeria. Yours is beautiful. You did well
Thank you so much! I believe landscaping is just as important as the house itself. It enhances the overall beauty and creates a serene environment. I appreciate your kind words! 🌿🏡
Nice job, I found your channel by chance and I went back and watched from the beginning.
I would appreciate if you can give a rough estimate of the entire project?
Thanks! Will do!
Nice compound plant also yellow croton plants to beautify they come
Thank you for the suggestion! Yellow croton plants would indeed add a vibrant touch to the landscaping. I appreciate your input and will consider incorporating them into the design to enhance the beauty of the compound.
Looking beautiful even before completion. Well done. Soon you will start enjoying the result of your hardwork. For the grass, are you going to use grass turf or seeds?. I am not sure if both are available locally.
Thank you! Am not 100% sure what the landscape guy use, am also learning too, i will be making video with him soon, where he will explain everything. Can't wait to see it all come together! 🌿😊
Looks good bro. Well done!!
Thank you so much!
Nice one. Won’t this trees disturb your electric fence, when they grow ?
That's a valid concern! The trees I've chosen are dwarfish varieties that won't interfere with the electric fence as they grow. It's all about balancing aesthetics with practicality. Thanks for pointing it out!
So?
so awesome
This is beautiful
Thank you so much!
