Fantastic effort on the paint, but once again I have to point out, All those hours and hours spent painting it and putting stickers on, what’s the bet that the operator is sitting in the cab exactly how the previous operator left it? Newspapers, empty bottles and cigarettes packets behind the seat...wouldn’t it make a nice change to see the operator taken care of as much as the company’s image. I’d love to see company’s put more focus on whether the air con works for the operator or the seat is as comfy as a brand new machine instead of shiny new stickers with the company logo on...

True all of the others only sand the paint and put on new paint so that is kinda easy it not easy but easier than the guy who do the bucket

Your observation about the welder's dismal mask is correct. Keep in mind, this is a restoration done in Greece which is utterly devastated by economic hardship and depression. Poor welding guy, I feel his plight and poverty

Spoken from a man who truly knows the beauty of a machine is much more than a fine paint job... we're at a point now where the DIY guy won't be able to work on a machine without proprietary software needed to repair/replace/calibrate simple components.... injectors, controllers, variable turbos, exhaust filters, etc. without a dealership. We should all enjoy this level of craftsmanship while we still can

You wouldn't be able to paint the undercarriage here in suriname, south america. Need sandblasting first. Thing would've had like an inch thick layer of rust plus you might've needed to replace some of those doors too. 🤣

So instead of extending and lowering the boom, you guys decided that over spray on the chrome cylinder rods was a better idea. Guess you will be doing a real resto job when you have to rebuild all the hydrolic cylinders. And Jesus... where did these guys learn to paint? Holy shit? I weld a fabricate with heavy equipment almost daily. I have my own shop. That guy welding one handed is horrible. Arc sounds like shit and he's moving to fast. Guarantee the welder is an under powered piece of shit using regular solid wire. With no preheating on the thick stuff
No hours on the clock, sold as new, fresh off the production line, cancelled order hence I can offer you it at a good price ;-)
