Sir I have a doubt
1) sec 361 is only applicable for childrens male below 16 and female below 18? What about then elder people in which section it will come?
2) kidnapping inside the india itself will come in which section?
3) kidnapping with good intention is not an offence can you please tell me an example?

Though in your explanation, you rightly pointed out that both the offences under sections 360 and 361 do not require mens rea, your slide indicates that section 361 is not an offence in itself without an ill intention.
You may like to correct the mistake in the slide
