Cooking Corn Grits | Mais Bigas | Buhay Probinsya |

Hello Dear Explorers!
I am making this video for others who doesn't know how to cook rice corn or Mais bigas.
You need;
Rice Corn / Mais bigas ( #12)
Water
Boil the water in a pot. Gradually put the rice in the boiling water and mix until it evaporates. let it stay for 10mins in a low heat.
For this video, I cooked 3 cups of rice. It's up to you how much you can consume for the whole day.

first time ko mag luto ng mais na bigas akala ko malata at mahilaw pero na perfect ko din sa pag luto ang sarap ng kain ko

You can cook it like regular rice kung ayaw mo ng malata.

Ganyan pala yon. naririnig lang namin yan sa kweto ni lola sa probinsya daw noon mais bigas ang sinasaing.. ganyan pala itsura.

Ako last Dec.2024 lang talaga nakatikim ng mais rice noong pumunta kami ng Cebu...and i was amazed kung kaya bumili ako sa shoppee and nagluto ako kanina..muntik ng maging lugaw kasi nasobrahan ko yung tubig 😅😅

Bakit sa first part Ng video nakasulat 3 cups then 3cups din Yung water... Pero nung naglalagay Ka na Ng corn grits sa 3cups boiling water mo, 4cups of corn grits nmn Yung nilagay mo? Hindi ba kulang Yung ratio ma'am? Kc parang malata, Hindi Gaya nung natikman ko nung nasa Cebu ako... Just asking lng po ha, gusto ko Rin kc magluto Nyan... Respect po... 🥰🥰🥰

hi Melissa, you can put 2.5 cups of corn grits.

@@melissarodriguez980 yes, 2.5 cups into 3 cups of water. Make sure the water is boiling before you put in the corn grits.
