The only places you find them are yahoo auctions Japan and some retro toy focused areas in japan, specifically Mandarake Microkan (I've done a few videos toy hunting there).
CORRECTION: The female Saiyan clear keshi I showcase at 22:45 is Fasha, not Gine. My 10 year old daughter corrected me :P

The micro ones are super hard to find... I only ever find them in junk lots at the best keshi specialty store here in Tokyo.
