Hi Donna. I love candied nuts too! And I especially love them during the holidays as well. I have actually made them and added all of the holiday spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, etc. And I have served them as a little snack at parties. They are just so good and I bet they will be delicious on top of a maple bacon pound cake. I can't wait to see your video for that because my brother loves maple and bacon together. It is his favorite flavor pairing. After I watch your video of that cake, I might want to bake that for my brother's birthday later this year. I'm sure he would just love that.

Yes! A sweet and salty pound cake coming up. Just a couple years back people were experimenting with bacon in sweets. I saw a cream filled donut with bacon and chocolate dipped bacon strips. I hope y'all have a great weekend
