i agree that many it has some feature that is similiar to those of the casio. but again, you can either choose to buy expensive and heavy lens or just use this one for those image you like to capture. in some cases, where you see a bald eagle and capture as a pigeon. would still wants a slightly out of focus eagle or a sparrow of sharp focus.
@infosyncvideos they all are. i asked a simple question about the camera. the first salesman said one thing, the second said another and the last one said, that the first two were lying. great.
Thanks dude, u save me a fortune.... i was wondering whether to buy this super zoom camera or Panasonic Lumix Fz35... i cleared all my doubts by seeing this video...& got my new Panasonic Fz35...n its the best camera that i ever had...Thanks...
Thanks for the review! I so wanted this camera to be good, cos I really want a good HD video with a proper manual focus ring, and if I can get it without stretching up to a DSLR, that would be great. Why don't more bridge cameras have proper manual controls?
perhap i might just wants explain why people would like the remove moving object feature. many 3d artist or movie maker would need to compose the image or a movie into a scene. for example a scene of ancient rome. but we cannot allow tourist tobe in the back ground right. the removal of moving object actually saves the artist a lot of time erasing the unwanted parties in the image. which till now they still use photoshop to remove.
another issue. if you are travelling i wants to ask you if you wants to carry a camcorder and a camera or just this. maybe you are thinking of nikon. but in my view i really like to have a manual zoom as its fast for me to do bird shooting or to make a "horizon"image library for composition.
Hi, I'm trying to find an all in one camera: good video, good sound quality for video (preferably a slot to plug in for a mic), good stills, great zoom (above 23x), manual focus, and all the good qualities that this cam has at around the same price range ( I can find this camera for about £229 now I assume because it's a little older). I have a very tight budget, but want to get the ultimate for my money: I need to use it for my business, family, sports etc, Can you possibly recommend one please
Is the HS20 worth the extra 90 bucks? I am beginning photography, and want this as my family camera as well as a way to get into photography. I am on a tight budget, although the EXR function on the hs20 is appealing, what is your opinion? Im going to be having this camera for a while, and right now, I am coming from a very basic, lower end point and shoot. Any help would be apreciated
Hey Mike I have this camera, do you know how I can get a wide angle video shot so I am in focus and the background is blurred?? Any help appreciated :)
...HELO PLEASE HELP ME !! In slide show mode, can this camera(fuji HS10) showing a video (motion picture)? usually the camera only shows a still picture in the slide show, not video .......(-_-)
Superzoom Bridge Versus DSLR. Yet some still buy those Superzooms and you know what some people just want it "easy" as they call it. DSLR's as easy as they can be made kinda are well you gotta understand what you are doing. Of course a person who buys a camera for over $500 and keeps it in full auto well.. you know...
We can buy a K-x and buy a interchangeable lens with a greater focal length, but how on earth can you get greater focal length on an interchangeable-lens-system for this same price?
@dellonen lol. had the exact same choice. the salesmen told me this was better, but maybe he is just trying to sell a slighty more expensive camera, dunno? he told me p100 does not have full HD video, but the HS10 has.
At the end of your review you mention the Pentrax K X and Say " You Can just buy an interchangeable lens that has a greater focal length". This is an Erroneous and Moot point. To cover the distance of the HS10's 24mm to 700mm you would need to buy multiple lenses weighing several kilos and costing up in the $1000's. If you're considering an HS10 you are unlikely to be considering costly glass to attach to an entry level DSLR. Here I think it is only fair to compare apples with apples.
@infosyncvideos Help, Please. I'm looking to buy a camera but I don't know much on cameras and have been doing my research. I recently came across the Olympus SP-800UZ, and I wanted to know what are the pros and cons and if it was a bang for your buck because theres not many reviews on youtube for it. I did my research(read 30+ reviews) on it too but I'm not quite sold on it yet. Please reply as soon as possible. Thank You Btw, I Subscribed after watching a lot of your reviews.
the only bad thing was the zoom ring while in video... but only tarantino does zoom while video right. so who cares? this is pretty beast for what it is
why is it so hard to find a good bridge camera for around £250!!!!! it seems all bridge camera has issues...atleast its better that the finepix s4000.....

damn, this guy is a dish!
@TheSkabbers It's very good.
His overtly exposed biceps and tight shirt did not allow me to focus on the review. Can we get him to review an underwater camera at the beach next?
words cannot describe how cheesy the beginning was.. :')
I don't think you understand this camera
@CORRUPTION1NC P100, hands down.
this guy is a joke!
