Personality disorder in mom? What a terrible mom to throw that at the son as it openly violated her daughter’s privacy. Son suing her is enmeshment. Can you Imagine the opposite of your reaction? Out there somewhere is another reaction, “Oh, this feels normal.” And, they hook up and make babies, and repeat the chaos.
      Each person’s normal is unique.

33:57 people are always saying their content with being fiancée's, they don't need a paper to prove their love, I'm good with the way things are...then a death happens and they find out being a fiancée and (depending on laws) cohabitation don't mean squat. Neither does giving birth to their blood. To that child, yes it means something but for the mother/father of that child, you aren't any more special than a friend in the eyes of the law if there is no will.

I think because it was a lie, they said several times that they were a close net family. I think he may have been accused but I don't think it was the truth. I think the daughter was babied and the son was an outcast because he made poor decisions. I think the decisions he made was cause he didn't get the attention he wanted from his mom and dad. He said that his things were given to his sister by his parents. Looks like she cried wolf to get her own pity and her own way and now he is paying for it. I hope he can gets himself back emotionally and not let this continue to hurt his worth as a human being. You can tell by his demeanor that he has been hurt. Meanwhile sister is standing tall and smirking, I just don't believe her story at all. In the beginning mom said it all with her face and lip movement before the case started.

This situation is truly disheartening. Setting aside the case itself, the mother's decision to bring up sensitive issues only exacerbated her daughter's distress. It's evident that the daughter was deeply upset, particularly when she described the sexual assault by her brother (the plaintiff) as a sore subject. Why would the mother choose to disclose this information? It seems unnecessary and only served to further implicate her son. Even though Doug and Harvey commended the bravery of either the daughter or themselves for sharing the story, it's crucial to note that it was the mother who disclosed it, not the daughter. It almost appears as though the mother intentionally sought to inflict more pain on her daughter by discussing such a traumatic experience on television. Why someone would choose to do this remains puzzling. Some matters should remain private, especially those as painful as what the daughter endured. Regardless, it seems likely that Judge Milian would have reached the same verdict regardless of these revelations.

I think she did it to stop the son from playing the victim. The son seemed to be trying to gain sympathy with the “my father wanted nothing to do with me since 7” when in fact his father pretty much disowned him for doing something terrible. Now I would not have said exactly what happened but in that moment I think I would’ve made it plain that he got dropped for doing something horrible.

Why couldn’t they have handed him his stuff before he had to take them to court? This is probably the first emotion based ruling I’ve seen her do. She didn’t ask for any evidence and referred to his mother as “the woman who birthed him” and “his mama”. I know first hand that the woman who birthed me has no love for me. Now that she has the child you wanna call your mother and ask for her to come take the child. I absolutely, 100%, believe Jacob the son. I caught 6 inconsistencies with the m/other's story and 2 with the sister. Don't wanna argue, but I encourage you to go back and watch from the 15:00 minute mark Where they begin discussing the dad. The daughter states It was Jacob that wanted nothing to do with the father. Then, while jacob is talking to the judge, the mother turns to the daughter and whispered something to which the daughter nods yes. Then the mother appearing literally giddy, and with a smile on her face begins to tell the judge that Jacob SA his sister when they were 14 and 13 and that's why they moved away because the father wanted nothing to do with Jacob. So dad kicked all 3 out? The son just SA the daughter but instead of the sister staying with dad and Jacob going with mom all 3 of them leave. Also, the mother statated that all 3 of them were very close. The judge asked the mother. Have there been any problems previous to this with Jacob? To which the mother replied "no". Somehow Jacob "loses a $1500 dollar camera but sis doesn't have it, she has her own camera that was "gifted" to her. Jacob also, allegedly gifted sis a $300 mountain bike for Christmas which was just a few days before his arrest.Sis got him a $20 pocket knife. I'm not saying Jacob is flawless but I believe Mommy dearest either sold the camera or gave it to his sister and did the same with the bike. Go back and watch again and maybe you'll still think he is awful or maybe you'll see the mother and daughter as a twisted, conniving duo.

"My mother placed me in a psychiatrist ward when I was younger." Well she did the right thing on that.

She should have placed her in the psyc ward way more than just once. She clearly didn't get the help she needed from just one visit. 31 years old and still playing the victim. Unfortunately, my generation is full of a bunch of adult children. Always the victim, and can't take responsibility for any of their own actions. It's disgraceful.

@@keastonz It's hard to "take responsibility" when you spent your whole life being emotionally and mentally neglected. I can speak from experience, that you don't get the tools and cognitive development you need to be a functioning adult when you spent your childhood being berated for being "difficult" and constantly made to feel as if you shouldn't have been born. The way her mother spoke to her was absolutely atrocious, and she's just doing her best to stitch together a life from the scraps she managed to get through childhood with. It's hard, and it takes lots of work, therapy, and BS to get through it.
But then again, there are people like you with zero empathy for people that have had to live through an emotionally abusive childhood and struggle with not having had proper emotional and psychological development as adults. It's absolutely our responsibility to work on that, even if it wasn't our fault, but comments like this only perpetuate the cycle and give the commenter a dopamine hit from feeling superior to "their generation."
I really hope you have a great day.

Dude is guilty for touching his sister . But I actually believe him on all the other stuff. That mom is a problem . He rebelled against a controlling narcissistic mom that did abuse him and probably scapegoat him. Look at the sister ,how she's dressed just like Mom and holds her folder just like Mom . She abused also by mom but has the golden child role so it's a little different

I can’t believe the mother mentioned on national TV. The horrible thing that her daughter went through. It leaves me to wonder if she even spoke to her daughter prior.

That 2nd case….that mom is disgusting. I don’t even want to say what I REALLY think of her. My comment would be deleted. But I HOPE & PRAY she has to face God & her Son and explain why she sued his fiancé because she was a GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY LEACH. Not to mention a drug dealer who endangered the life of her OWN INFANT GRANDDAUGHTER. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The mom in the first case is so involved with controlling her adult son, even to the point of intentionally calling the police and making it seem like her son was a danger to the public with an weapon
