@@Henson697 are you talking to me , if so why are talking to me about dually , depending on the truck even if it’s a dually you will have weight restrictions
Insurance will run you about $2-$3k per month for your first year hauling. Unless you have family or someone else’s authority you can run under. Down payment is about $5-$10k so get ready to drop a decent amount.
@@T-hurter yea commercial insurance is high regardless. The best thing to do is get the biggest trailer you can find to make as much as you can to offset the cost.
Do you delivery to the ports? How do you get your cars??? Very interested in getting started. I have my cdl and all endorsements. But i want to get into car hauling! I'm out of Houston, and would like to get more information from you!
To deliver to ports you need something called a TWIC card. I book my drivers through central and super dispatch, and other load boards too. We could find you some nice routes from Houston and get you home whenever you want. Get in touch for more deets my man!
Make sure you don't give more than 3% to your brokers! Just an fyi if not do it yourself and save that money!!!! Make sure your cost to run your truck is affordable

Good information. After driving box trucks for 6 years I want my own truck business and recently decided to go this route. Following.
The single wheel gets better gas mileage and with a dual tire you got weight restrictions also
Youll get better milegae with a dually and its more stable its meant for lot of weight single isnt
@@Henson697 it holds more weight
You can legally scale more weight on a dually than you can a srw
