This might just be Mr Cruise's most bearable speech, and opinion, about anything. I have never liked Tom Cruise, the person. However, there is no way I am ever going to deny the fact that he is a freakin' brilliant actor. Here, for the first time, everything he says of Mr Hoffman is true. What an exquisite tribute! And, Dustin Hoffman... Possibly the finest, and most committed, accomplished actor in history. There will never be another like him. Congratulations, sir. You are truly a gift to this world.
Cruise is so lucky in his career to have worked with so many legendary actors and directors. And its paid of his acting and understanding on what works on screen has gotten better and better with each movie
