- CRT (Chris from Rekkid Talk) found some more seven inch rekkids selling for $1 each to buy and to show you. If you don't care about seven inch rekkids, skip to :30 in the video when I tell you to turn it off and ruin my analytics. The Grim Reaper makes me wonder if there were other metal singles in this batch that someone else beat me to, as it was so unlike anything else.

I'm going through an impossible long long list of 45s that was emailed to me and trying choose about 20-30 goodies. This old guy travels the country filling up his vehicle with 45s from everywhere. About every year or two he puts out this massive list. No $1 records I must say! He has one by Black And White The Holy Smoke Show with a minimum bid of $150 that has sold for over $1000 on discogs. That's out of my league. Some crazy person will buy it. Oh, crazy person with money I should say.
I'm not in the business of buying $150+ records either.

@@RekkidTalk I know of sooome, but mostly just that friends I’ve had/have from Florida, Texas, Ohio and Colorado, some of them are more exited about their college/university teams than their nearest NFL teams. My brief Colorado girlfriend once sent me a replica Buffaloes Jersey. But even though I consider myself a Broncos fan and have their logo tattooed on my arm, it’s baseball that is my passion 😊

I'm up to about 5 or 6 Eurythmics singles, I don't have any of their albums.

Hi Chris! You must have a ton of 7"s. How many do you have in your collection? As I've said before, I don't collect them but I do enjoy seeing them so won't spoil your analytics and am watching this in its entirety. Wayne Massey would not become the next Rick Springfield. 😂
I have over 1000 7" records. They are "cheap" and "small" so it's easy to go crazy. 🤪
I'm going to ask a question I think all the time, but have never asked before...
... DO YOU: Think that 45s are more likely to have damage than LPs?
Most I see are without protection (even in boxes they are often nude rubbing against the other) and covers. If they were played, they were often played on equipment with needles that were often never changed, stacked on top of the other & to my eyes abused. - m.
While a lot of the vinyl records from the 50s through the 70s seem to be more durable than more recently manufactured records, I do pass on a lot of records for condition issues. I see lots and lots of 45s that have groove damage that is likely from jukeboxes or home players where the stylus was rarely/never changed. I tend to focus on records that are in picture sleeves or company sleeves as they were more likely to have been cared for, but there are some gems if you are willing to plow through tons of unsleeved records.
@@RekkidTalk -- thanks! - MY DAD was good friends with our Jukebox company, and we even bought several Hundred old 78 speed jukeboxes that at least in the USA were done (all sold to Mexico.) I use to go to their (the Jukebox Co.) location and I could buy any 45 they had not in the boxes for .05 cents. But as you said they sounded horrible unless they were never played, and I suppose it was why I avoided buying 45s at all.

@@Labor_Jones What you want to find are promo 45s that got sent to some radio station that were never or barely played. I've had finds like that.
