0:49 Stop drying you hair with a hair dryer in a head down position
1:04 Stop combing wet hair
1:12 Dont wrap your hair in towl instead you can use a cotton shirt
1:32 Start using shampoos that do not contain:
1) Silicone
2) Parabens
3) Sulphate
1:44 Don't forget to use the hair conditioner on the ends and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Also use oil or special gels on hair ends

1. Wash your hair with a standing position only.
2. Don’t blow dry your hair.
3. Don’t comb your hair while it is wet.
4. Don’t wrap your hair with a towel. Wrap it with a cotton shirt instead.

Разве мытьё волос с опущенной головой вредно?
Чешуйки пушатся при направлении воды или воздуха от кончиков к корню волос, а при мытье волос вниз головой, вода по-прежнему направлена от корней кончикам, поэтому такое мытьё не отличается от обычного, они будут такими же гладкими.
Мое видео выполнено исходя из собственного опыта и знаний, а также из моего опыта беседы с врачом трихологом и различных статей. Я придерживаюсь мнения, что волосы желательно мыть стоя под душем, остальные причины указаны в видео.
Как минимум мытьё вниз головой утяжеляет и спутывает волосы, они становятся ломкие и могут сильнее выпадать, после того как я изменила тактику мытья головы и некоторых аспектов по уходу , что были озвучены в видео, волосы стали в разы лучше чем раньше!
Ну а как вы любите мыть голову это уже ваше дело)
