  • Time to lose some weight and get myself back in shape, and I am going to do so sweating in my basement PAIN CAVE. I built this versatile pain cave cycling station using a sit-stand desk so I could eventually put a treadmill under it too, and so the fans hit me in just the right spot when I am on the bike.
    You can get the sit-stand DIY kit at the links below.
    The same elevated sit-stand frame as mine: FlexiSpot Pro Plus Standing Desk E7 bit.ly/3tfOaFO
    High quality and more affordable style: FlexiSpot Pro Standing Desk (E3/E5) bit.ly/340yZHJ #flexiblewfh #MyFlexiDesk

    As a woodworker, former bike racer and current zwifter I enjoyed the video. Thanks! You might try the screen a little lower it could be a bit more comfortable. Ride on!

    Nice work, its look nice to ride there. Just one question from me. I am planning to build something similar in my basement (undergroud, without windows and options to put ventilation), do you have windowses and vetilation, If not how do you feel when cycling?

      Ya pretty well, I never need it at less than 100% though so I rarely use it.

      @@WoodWorkLIFE nice.
      I'm trying to build a zwift desk out of scrap metal and scrap plexiglass and I'm having a hell of a time, bro. It's horrible

      @@JustinCrediblename what's the problem?

    • @JustinCrediblename
      @JustinCrediblename 9 місяців тому

      @@WoodWorkLIFE just figuring out how to make the tilting mechanism, the variable lift height mechanism, and how to build a desk out of metal. I've built one out of wood but it's way easier. And I don't have the equipment to weld aluminum so it's a bit cut/drill/bolt exercise.
      Perhaps the primary problem is my lack of intelligence. heh.
