Vasista sir, which method is safe to buy laptops offline or online (Amazon/Fliffkart) and how do we trust in online?
I prefer online as the prices of those laptops are usually cheap online as compared to offline.
I bought my laptop on Amazon (Lenovo Flex 5). After 9 months my left shift key stopped working. So I went to the authorized service center and told them that the left shift key is not working. So they told me they have to replace the entire keyboard which will cost around Rs.2,500. Then I said the laptop comes with 1 year of warranty and it's just 9 months since I bought this. They entered my Laptop's model number in their computer and checked whether it comes under warranty or not. After checking they told me still 3 months of warranty is remaining. We will replace your keyboard free of cost. So I replaced my laptop's keyboard with new one without giving the invoice (From Amazon) that too free of cost. As I told my laptop is from Lenovo. I don't know how other companies like Asus, Dell, Hp, Acer, Mi treat their customers. And one more thing the replacement of Keyboard took 22 days.
