salem brother, you should definitely try their (wind of change), "koto ber vabachinu" ( by the same legendary lady, Rezwana Chaudury Banya) and Maya lagaiche. Aslo you can try Banya madams' songs in their original form ( almost acoustic, without any fancy music, and they are just incredible). Banya mam, is a living legend here. She runs the biggest music academy in Bangladesh. I had the pleasurer to hear her singing live.It was an unbelievable experience. Do, check out her work. There is couple of other music forum from Bangladesh,- IDFC Amader Gaan and Sylon Music Cafe. You will find plenty of gems there as well. I would like to suggest you an absolute underrated master piece from gaan bangla aka wind of change the song called "eki oshimo piyasha" written by Kazi nazrul islam, national poet of Bangladesh i discovered this recently and it blown me away.
