I'm not a Technic fan but I wish Lego would stop making these sets so appealing. I already spend enough on system sets. I don't want to get addicted to Technic as well. That moon buggy is calling to me. I heard that the Creator 3in1 astronaut fits in it but that seems odd for them to have that connection across different themes
I also don’t like when they make super nice sets because then I spend my money, but when they aren’t good sets then I’m upset I can’t spend my money
That Spacebuggy! Now THIS IS a good technic set!
That Moonbuggy is definitely a callback to old school technic sets!
I really, really wish that Jesko was this year’s 1:8 scale set…
McLarens are nice and all, but I can’t help but feel like something more exotic like a Koenigsegg or Pagani fits the bill a biiit more.
giving me flashbacks to my first ever big technics set - 8860 chassis!
idk, but that moon buggy gives me vibes of lego technic from the '90s :D
The last Technic set I got was a red car with the Technic figures. So like 30 years ago.
The moon rover is awesome! If not for the insane price I'd buy it, but I rather buy a modular for that price.
Moonbuggy looks great EXCEPT for the antenna dish at the front.
For the Moon Buggy - The High-Gain Antenna should've had the finished umbrella look to it - Speed Champions? Next
That looks fabulous. My only quibble is no astronauts.
The Jesko using the same piece for the exhaust as the Speed Champions version is funny to me
i love your channel man, i used to watch your old videos constantly.
Cant wait for City and star wars
I thought they promised no more stickers for large plaques? I guess that's only for Star Wars.
I mean that space buggy looks very Technic in real life too. It's annoying how good it looks, cuz I ain't got the money for it.
Huge fan of all the space stuff this year, hope to see it continue well into '25 and beyond
They make new mold for this one off, but not for F1 tires they'll be making dozens of...
LOL, the excavator is electric, but the set also has something that looks like a diesel generator to charge the EV excavator.
Looks like its from the flinstones looks amazing awseome preview jang 👍
The Volvo set is definitely interesting and is very skeletal in my opinion. The photo they used for the box art makes it look deceptively bigger. Still a very nice set, but I would almost wish they would bump up the budget for it and make a much larger and complete version. Or alternatively sell them individually, which I would prefer as well.
I’m a big construction fan so I love it regardless, heavy duty/real world vehicles have been few and far between as of late with Technic. I would absolutely love for there to be more of them and all in a similar scale.
Obviously race cars, space ships, and all that are much more interesting, but I would love an objectively boring street sweeper or forklift every once in a while!
I wonder if the moonbuggy will fit the spaceman mech. would be awesome :)
Great video. Lots of good information 😊
I will have to have two, one displayed as all the pieces on the rover, and then one as it shows on the back of the box
Love the moon buggy!!!
Hmm.. I love the space themed sets but the Moon Buggy just doesn't look that good to me. A rare pass for me this time.
Looks like the moon buggy plaques are prints, not stickers. Otherwise it wasnt shown as a lose item as seen in one of the pictures
In the Porsche, the lights are in the battery hub, and the set comes with some sort fiber-optic tubes to bring the light to the head- and stoplights.
Yes new vid on new sets
Set 42176 looks like a game-changes in the Lego Powered Up/ Controll+ world - finally we get a rechargeable batter pack - for a high price ‼️
I dont like the motors are included in the new battery pack, hope its gonna be usefull to power up some other sets and MOCs :)
They should really release a single rechargeable battery system.
The moon buggy is supposed to be in scale with the creator 3 in 1 spacesuit. So, you can have a driver.
Can't wait to get it and put it next to the Mars Perseverance rover
4:54 its actually 1 motor !
Oh that is nice looking
We are so due for a fully functional Technic track hoe(excavator). It’s been a while since 8043. I should also mention that it would be hard to top 8043. Probably one of the best technic sets of all time.
Of course they had to come out with a Koenigsegg. Guess I'll pick it up.
Last Christmas I got my first control set with the Audi. And since I am a Porsche Fan I gotta pick up this one as well.
As for the technic porche, no the new hub doesnt have plugs on it, instead it has build in lights that uses fiber optic cables like back in the old LEGO Systiem sets
This lunar rover will be almost exactly 1:8 scale making it about the same as last years Mars Perseverance rover (1:9).
I would personally really like to see the remote car. I know you don't always review Technic stuff but I think that would be an interesting one
I like the look of this one
Manbun is back! Excellent model, and Lego.
I own 8860 chassis and the rover reminds me of that
At first glance I did not realise the buggy was a technic set 😅
I can't keep up with the pace of Lego set releases anymore :-o So many sets. Wow
Thank you Jang.
Thank you for sharing you thoughts.
BTW, how does your affiliate link work?
Can I use it from Australia?
The moon buggy looks awesome!
Lego charging $50-100 more for an electronic piece(s) is ridiculous
I thought Lego swore that they would print the info plaques or was that exclusively for Star Wars?
What's with the high gain antenna? Only the frame?
Love the Moon Rover, but it needs a discounts. The Jesko seems just a decent continuation of this line, the good bit is that at least this one has a differential. The Volvo set in itself seems fine but feels way too expensive for what it is. And that Porsche.....it looks dull to the point that I wonder why they even bothered wit a license, and the price is just insane.
That new hub is kinda interesting though, it appears to have built in lights and use fiber optic cables. Which I honestly think is much more interesting than the hub itself. But the fact that Lego apparently values that hub alone at about 120 euro (while it likely costs them just a few bucks to produce) is just a bad joke. And if this really is a fast RC car (as Lego claims it to be), it better had included a proper physical controller. At least that could have made the price look a bit less terrible.
I'd like to have the buggy but I do not have the free space for it sadly :(
Keep in mind, you can buy an rc car for like $30
This, x10000
It's just disappointing that the dish isn't a dish but rather an umbrella with no cover, for the price I really want to see the dish represented in a better way.
This looks familiar...
not having a physical radio controller ruins any appeal that I have for these RC sets. Touchscreens are awful for RC.
Of course they MUST put blue pins and axis in a dark grey model. If of some reason at some point in time there will be no blue color for plastic available anymore, this company will collapse to the ground xD
Stop tempting me
All these new images of up and coming August sets…..yet still nothing about the Jaws Ideas set!!!! 🤣🤨🤬
My wallet!
Looking at the prices, i feel the need to regurgiate. I feel line being pushed out of the hobby by my hobbie's very own manufacturer. What happened with model railroading happens now with Lego.
