I can visualize john struggling with whomever was fighting him had his arms out holding someone back by the shoulders I see the family dog standing up on its hind legs bitting and scratching John's arm protecting its owner which could be Colin or Brian Higgins. Is 100% convinced me there was jury mishandling To set it up that Karen Read believers were taken off before they deliberated done with the involvement of lally auntie Bev and whoever was watching them behind the scenes.
Her choice of foreman was sus after reading his notes to the judge .
Why tf doesn't the defense say something about Fanning and the juror situation?? That is crazy! I need a mash-up of all the times these witnesses "remembered" Karen pulling a "cylindrical glass" from her coat, got rid of their phones, "remembered" the peanut butter sandwich story, said "I wish I had" about seeing JO's body on the lawn, and how many said they were looking out the window at the same time! There were like 3 or 4 people that say they were looking out the window at Karen in the Lexus.

It absolutely amazes me that the entire jury would not have reasonable doubt in this case. There are so many things throughout the case that does not make sense.
True, but we have all been schooled on the facts, the facts were obscured by lally and his flood of irrelevant info. plus most people would believe a pros / cop over a civilian. also, I always look at an 'expert' as being paid so would disregard both sides' experts. I think the jurors were railroaded. then add in the foreman that seems might have 'guided' them in the wrong direction both mentally and physically writing their final votes to auntie bev. It was a well oiled machine that has been in place for when needed.
How the hell could Fanning, who could have been a witness, be in charge of the Jury.??
I don’t think it’s normal to have a homicide detective whose employees are testifying and involved in the investigation, to be appointed to be in charge of the jury!! Isn’t that usually a job for the clerk of the court??

The only way defense even knew of “butt dials” & their call logs/texts, is because of the FBI. Remember, Auntie Bev DENIED defense’s motion to compel Jen, Brian, Higgins, etc, phone records, & she took over a month to give a ruling on the motion - she DENIED it. & to add fire to the flame, Auntie Bev surprised the defense w/ an unplanned & unannounced hearing for them to convince her why they needs to the phone extractions! They had none of their material, no notes & they were not prepared their reasoning at all! So, therefore, defense would have never been able to cross examine multiple witnesses with damning evidence if it wasn’t for the FBI. Remember Lally wrote them stupid ass letters to the Director of the FBI with that meritless argument, talking about they need the evidence they have w/KR, because CW has the duty to turn over all evidence to defense. I know AG & FBI was laughing at those 4 letters, b/c it was obvious Lally was trying to probe what info they had on all his witnesses & probably himself. Because we know the Commonwealth & AuntieBev DOES NOT CARE ABOUT BRADY EVIDENCE & LACK THERE OF‼️
So actually, the Mc Alberts & all their late deletions, upgrading/trading in of phones, destroying & disposing of phones & SIM cards WERE DONE BECAUSE OF FBI’s INVESTIGATION, not Northfolk County’s request..

A double dose of straight, unfair, due process must have left Massachusetts a long time ago.

@deevee4200 it's his wounds on his arms thst could have DNA of the dog. Saliva , claw, skin ect. They disposed that dog to hide any chance of using the fig to collect any evidence Chloe was involved. Dogs protect their owners. If colin or Higgins were beating up john and John was defending himself that dog would have gone in most likely standing on its hind legs or maybe john was on the ground and someone was on top of him the dog clawed and bit him. Plus someone I don't know who but it was said john was on the floor convulsing & vomiting. Hm on the floor not on the ground. 🤔
