I got scammed by this company too. They've apparently been going out of business and having their 'free one day only' sale for at least a month now. I have never been angry with a diamond painting purchase until this company. I didn't even catch that there weren't size or drill details listed until after mine arrived. Based on the 'normal' price I expected bigger and better but the three I ordered were all the size of the pups image you got and I paid almost $40 for shipping. At least now I know what I should be looking for before spending any money when it's an unfamiliar DP seller
THey're still advertising on Facebook, just saw one this morning, and they're advertising under different names, but it's all the same stuff as Diamond Art House. Any of those "company closing" ads are pure scams.
Thanks for the heads up. I just got a kit I ordered from eBay, cost me $45.00 50x70 cm. I bought it for the image, gorgeous flapper. Took over a month to get and is double sided tape. Checked it out and so far no problems. I have also ordered from Royal Diamond Painting and Paint With Diamonds, all of which were expensive canvases! My favorite for round diamond painting is Diamond Dotz, really good quality, available locally and all poured glue.
Same!!! I bought 2 and there’s no way to contact them as it seems everything’s been deleted. I have not received anything and when you click on the tracking number it says something about not being available. Is there any way to report them so they can be found??

I fell for the same scam! I went back and looked at the website to find they do not disclose the size nor the type of DP. I ended up mailing it to my granddaughter to introduce her to diamond painting. She's in love, so the good news - we are ordering her a new DP from a reputable company!

Thanks for the heads up. Keeps us from wasting our money and raising our blood pressure. I finally caved and bought a DAC square drill painting. I'm still not thrilled with their square drill quality but it is still better than most. When they put the lion and leopard watercolors by Konstantin Kalinin on pre-order, I went for it. I delay purchases to see how much I really want something. These have been out awhile and I still want them a lot 😁. Had a coupon too thank goodness! I hope you and your family are well. Yes, there drill quality isn't 100% I will agree but I can still complete the images using the best drills and still have left overs, i am waiting for this pandemic to be over to see how they will improve because right now they won't be able to work too much on it because of the worlds current state, I am sure once there back to normal the drill quality will improve as well. the last 2 kits I've done the drill quality was a solid 95% honestly I know they will improve when everything get back to normal

Omg I needed to hear and see this! I was searching for custom paintings that ship fast and came across their site on google. I emailed them and it’s like they were trying their hardest to get me to order from them🤔 I also thought it was kinda suspect how their shipping alone is expensive!!! Why is it that damn expensive if it’s being shipped from THE U.S. and going to another state?! Ridiculous! I’m so glad I watched your video and I’m glad I always try researching things before getting it. I wished I Would have seen this before I ordered 2 from them for only shipping cost $24.95. I orders them before April 2020 and still have not received them.. The tracking information said it was cleared customs in LA on April 29th... still have not received them.
I absolutely hate huacan! I did one recently that I'd bought a while ago and the drills were popping constantly. I had to put heavy books on each section after I finished it and then I had to seal the whole thing even though I was putting it in a frame behind glass. Absolute nightmare!!
i ordered 4 for my daughter they finally arrived too late for her Birthday. 3 are small 1 larger and they set me back free + 77 AUD for delivery, I'm guessing that the items are not worth the delivery price. hopefully my lock-down bored fingers learnt their lesson.
I have been doing square from huacan for over 3 years, and I have done MANY coustums from them, and have never have any problems with popping drills and no gabbing etc. but i have just made a DAC, whit so must gabbing, that the picture is not nice, but i like DAC anyway :-)
Yea, No I ordered 1 huacan the popping drills were Real, Nope won't do that again too many people have issues with them for me to try again and Like i said, for every one like you there are 50 more like me. As for your diamond art club, did you try contacting DAC and showing them why your unhappy with your kit? or was it something you brushed off until now? If i am ever unhappy with a kit I always contact the company and try to get a resolution.

Disappointing. My hubby ordered me a couple of these for mother's day back in February. No access to their website. Dead ends at every turn. Supposedly they were shipped a couple days back, but no way to track. They look just a little bigger than a postcard. The cost wasn't bad but hey! They got their money the night it was ordered 😒

When I first started dp, not long ago I ordered a "free" painting from this place cause I really didnt know any thing about DP. I saw going out of business and a really cute tree that now I know was special gems and shapes. I waited a long time to get it and when I got it it was a tree just not the one I thought I was getting. Regular gems, very small canvas and some hard to read symbols. I finished it and it's cute but pixelated. I sent them a message about this and that they were not cool at all. Never got response. I thought maybe in my ignorance back then I ordered wrong or missed something. Now I realize they're just scam like you said. Of course I never ordered there again.
Thought I would mention that theres also a company called Diamond Art HOME. I think they are legitimate but not 100% sure. But yeah I read the reviews for diamond art house on facebook and YIKES! Customer service doesnt respond and people cant get their money back. I saw 1 person say that she bought 4 and the shipping was $60 so they arent even consistent! Its crazy that they chose the smallest size available at these stores and considering that shipping from china is free, they shouldnt be charging an arm and a leg. Sorry for the long comment lol

I have her kitted but haven't started her. I'm going to order from Tina some more sparklers and jelly drills close to the same colors and hope it will help with some popping. I love the image so much I don't want to give up on it before I even start on her. I had gotten her just before the drill problem. I almost ordered from here but I decided to get a UA-cam opinion first. The fox one is an image by an artist on deviantart by the name of TamberElla and is likely used without their permission. I can't buy from a company who steals from artists so that in itself was an immediate NO from me.
Diamond Art HOME is in Florida and Diamond Art CLUB is In California. I’ve ordered from DAClub but still waiting to receive my order and I have my name in waiting lists for three DPs
So me trying to avoid Huacan ordered 2 40x50 squares paintings from Evershine not knowing it's a huacan sister company. Its paintings I really want. but dang. So hopping there will not be to many popping drills. I'm working on one I order from another company same, I didnt know they sold huacan. One is a round and it's not bad, drills are not popping but the canvas is not great. I also have small square and yes some popping drills. So we will see. Might have to put mod podge on as I go because I really want the paintings.
I ordered the diamond art house and was disappointed at the look. But my grand daughter loves it so we aew just waiting to see the out come as she finishes it. It's the same one you have (pups) won't get tricked again
Bought mines on the 22nd, then it "shipped" on the 24th. Been checking the tracking number all this time and it said it can't be found. I go to the USPS site and it says USPS Currently Awaiting Package....Can't even contact the company since their website is down...I am wondering if I should contact my bank to try to get the money back...

I recently got a huacan from Amazon because it was picture my daughter wanted and it was a nightmare. The drills were awful and I had to buy a couple colors because it had the wrong drills. Never again!
I got a painting from am off brand store. It has partial marks on the inventory and the wax was heart shaped. I wondered if DAC sold their returns to a discount place
And I purchased a Huacan custom round a couple weeks ago, hopefully eleven months have done some borderline justice or at least I hope the rounds hold up! 😭
I got mine two months after i ordered it and i got the fox or pup one and i paid 15 dollars for something that is the size of a medium-size notebook and the original price it was saying it would have cost was almost 100 dollars... rrrrr i should have known it was to good to be true

Mrs. Coffee...did you know that DAC is doing the same thing that these other companies are doing? I just bought the 4 "free" paintings from DAC and paid $8.95 shipping for each one...so yeah, do the math. Although the paintings and drills are in good shape, they are all very tiny paintings and in the "soulmate" one, you cannot even tell what it is supposed to be. So, just another buyer beware even from a reputable company like DAC. This is not a DAC bashing...just an observation to be aware of.
Susan Sieracki I did the same. I looked at the price as 4 paintings for the price of one. I wanted to see if I enjoyed the craft without committing to a large project that I might never finish. I have the same complaint about soulmates. I would love to see that picture larger and with Aurora borealis drills in the sky. I think that would be amazing! I also just bought Dreamer Designs intro 4 pack to see if I like the company.
ummm, NO that is in No way shape or form anything like this. DAC's Trial paintings are just that "Trial" they give you all the information about the kit and they aren't licensed artworks just free images for you to try their quality, they have been doing this for years, I know because My first DAC was the 4 seasons tree, also 8.95 a piece vs $12 with no info on size of the canvas, drill shape or company it could be really coming from is completely different than DAC's "Trial kits" that is why their trials so many think for $8.95 they are going to get a NEW release HUGE kit and that is ridiculous...DAC is upfront about there kits and their customers can always contact them and Get a response unlike companies like this. So your comparison is invalid. Also their kits come from there warehouse, not Ali express companies, this companies entire site is "Free" just pay to ship, not just 4 kits to try out.
Girl, you should have posted this sooner Lol. I placed an order about a week ago, ordered 5 paintings. Told my mom about them, and she had looked at the reviews and now I’m scared. A lot of ppl didn’t get what they ordered and many others paid, but never got anything.
Crafting with Beautiful Chaos I ordered 6 canvases at the end of February. I paid about $10 each which I thought was a decent price. I emailed the company in mid March because my cc had been charged and I had received a confirmation of order but no shipping information. I never did receive a reply from the company. I did receive a shipped email towards the end of March. I received all the paintings in a single package mid April. About six weeks from initial order. They are small, all 25x25. The drill fields are clear, they are all poured glue and they are all round. The drills look good to me through the packaging. I won’t know really how the pictures look until I do them. I’m glad that Mrs. Coffee does these videos because I am new to diamond painting and didn’t know what questions to ask. I seem to have lucked out with my order. That being said I won’t be ordering again. I’m really happy with my diamond art CLUB paintings. And I love that I can spread the payment out with Klarna. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
Diamond pants is a scam too they do t tell you that you well not get your order for a month they do not even get it ready for 3 too 8 weeks so thin you have too wait another 3 too 8 weeks too just get it if you do not do the American side of diamond paints

I absolutely hate huacan! I did one recently that I'd bought a while ago and the drills were popping constantly. I had to put heavy books on each section after I finished it and then I had to seal the whole thing even though I was putting it in a frame behind glass. Absolute nightmare!!

i ordered 4 for my daughter they finally arrived too late for her Birthday.
3 are small 1 larger and they set me back free + 77 AUD for delivery, I'm guessing that the items are not worth the delivery price.

I have been doing square from huacan for over 3 years, and I have done MANY coustums from them, and have never have any problems with popping drills and no gabbing etc. but i have just made a DAC, whit so must gabbing, that the picture is not nice, but i like DAC anyway :-)
Yea, No I ordered 1 huacan the popping drills were Real, Nope won't do that again too many people have issues with them for me to try again and Like i said, for every one like you there are 50 more like me. As for your diamond art club, did you try contacting DAC and showing them why your unhappy with your kit? or was it something you brushed off until now? If i am ever unhappy with a kit I always contact the company and try to get a resolution.

Did a stash video a few Months ago, wont do another for at least 4 months. If you check out the bogo storage video that was put up earlier this week, the Storage case is how I store my drills by DMC.🥰 Hope that helps

Disappointing. My hubby ordered me a couple of these for mother's day back in February. No access to their website. Dead ends at every turn. Supposedly they were shipped a couple days back, but no way to track. They look just a little bigger than a postcard. The cost wasn't bad but hey! They got their money the night it was ordered 😒

When I first started dp, not long ago I ordered a "free" painting from this place cause I really didnt know any thing about DP. I saw going out of business and a really cute tree that now I know was special gems and shapes. I waited a long time to get it and when I got it it was a tree just not the one I thought I was getting. Regular gems, very small canvas and some hard to read symbols. I finished it and it's cute but pixelated. I sent them a message about this and that they were not cool at all. Never got response. I thought maybe in my ignorance back then I ordered wrong or missed something. Now I realize they're just scam like you said. Of course I never ordered there again.

Thought I would mention that theres also a company called Diamond Art HOME. I think they are legitimate but not 100% sure. But yeah I read the reviews for diamond art house on facebook and YIKES! Customer service doesnt respond and people cant get their money back. I saw 1 person say that she bought 4 and the shipping was $60 so they arent even consistent! Its crazy that they chose the smallest size available at these stores and considering that shipping from china is free, they shouldnt be charging an arm and a leg. Sorry for the long comment lol

Thank you for exposing this company. I haven't been buy much other than DAC lately. I could see by the name how especially new diamond painters could be scammed by the name alone.
When I first started I bought a gorgeous painting from Hulcan. I have her kitted but haven't started her. I'm going to order from Tina some more sparklers and jelly drills close to the same colors and hope it will help with some popping. I love the image so much I don't want to give up on it before I even start on her. I had gotten her just before the drill problem.
I appreciate you spending your hard earned money on things to keep us wasting ours.

I actually just bought 2 diamond paintings from them and now I'm really nervous as to what I'm going to be getting. I can maybe cancel my second order but I already tried to contact them with no avail. I can freeze my credit card before the second payment can go through but I did really want a good flamingo diamond painting. Are there any companies or brands you recommend?

Ever shine is a Sister Company of Huacan and AZQSD, which are known for having popping Square drills. So I won't buy from them. Never Heard of Kexinzu

I almost ordered from here but I decided to get a UA-cam opinion first. The fox one is an image by an artist on deviantart by the name of TamberElla and is likely used without their permission. I can't buy from a company who steals from artists so that in itself was an immediate NO from me.
Diamond Art HOME is in Florida and Diamond Art CLUB is In California. I’ve ordered from DAClub but still waiting to receive my order and I have my name in waiting lists for three DPs

So me trying to avoid Huacan ordered 2 40x50 squares paintings from Evershine not knowing it's a huacan sister company. Its paintings I really want. but dang. So hopping there will not be to many popping drills. I'm working on one I order from another company same, I didnt know they sold huacan. One is a round and it's not bad, drills are not popping but the canvas is not great. I also have small square and yes some popping drills. So we will see. Might have to put mod podge on as I go because I really want the paintings.

Bought mines on the 22nd, then it "shipped" on the 24th. Been checking the tracking number all this time and it said it can't be found. I go to the USPS site and it says USPS Currently Awaiting Package....Can't even contact the company since their website is down...I am wondering if I should contact my bank to try to get the money back...

I recently got a huacan from Amazon because it was picture my daughter wanted and it was a nightmare. The drills were awful and I had to buy a couple colors because it had the wrong drills. Never again!

Mrs. Coffee...did you know that DAC is doing the same thing that these other companies are doing? I just bought the 4 "free" paintings from DAC and paid $8.95 shipping for each one...so yeah, do the math. Although the paintings and drills are in good shape, they are all very tiny paintings and in the "soulmate" one, you cannot even tell what it is supposed to be. So, just another buyer beware even from a reputable company like DAC. This is not a DAC bashing...just an observation to be aware of.
Susan Sieracki I did the same. I looked at the price as 4 paintings for the price of one. I wanted to see if I enjoyed the craft without committing to a large project that I might never finish. I have the same complaint about soulmates. I would love to see that picture larger and with Aurora borealis drills in the sky. I think that would be amazing! I also just bought Dreamer Designs intro 4 pack to see if I like the company.
ummm, NO that is in No way shape or form anything like this. DAC's Trial paintings are just that "Trial" they give you all the information about the kit and they aren't licensed artworks just free images for you to try their quality, they have been doing this for years, I know because My first DAC was the 4 seasons tree, also 8.95 a piece vs $12 with no info on size of the canvas, drill shape or company it could be really coming from is completely different than DAC's "Trial kits" that is why their trials so many think for $8.95 they are going to get a NEW release HUGE kit and that is ridiculous...DAC is upfront about there kits and their customers can always contact them and Get a response unlike companies like this. So your comparison is invalid. Also their kits come from there warehouse, not Ali express companies, this companies entire site is "Free" just pay to ship, not just 4 kits to try out.
This is exactly why they do the trial kit's just for you to try out and see if you will like the companies quality,

Girl, you should have posted this sooner Lol. I placed an order about a week ago, ordered 5 paintings. Told my mom about them, and she had looked at the reviews and now I’m scared. A lot of ppl didn’t get what they ordered and many others paid, but never got anything.

Crafting with Beautiful Chaos I ordered 6 canvases at the end of February. I paid about $10 each which I thought was a decent price. I emailed the company in mid March because my cc had been charged and I had received a confirmation of order but no shipping information. I never did receive a reply from the company. I did receive a shipped email towards the end of March. I received all the paintings in a single package mid April. About six weeks from initial order. They are small, all 25x25. The drill fields are clear, they are all poured glue and they are all round. The drills look good to me through the packaging. I won’t know really how the pictures look until I do them. I’m glad that Mrs. Coffee does these videos because I am new to diamond painting and didn’t know what questions to ask. I seem to have lucked out with my order. That being said I won’t be ordering again. I’m really happy with my diamond art CLUB paintings. And I love that I can spread the payment out with Klarna. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Diamond pants is a scam too they do t tell you that you well not get your order for a month they do not even get it ready for 3 too 8 weeks so thin you have too wait another 3 too 8 weeks too just get it if you do not do the American side of diamond paints
