Wow, your videos featuring your amazing mum are heartwarming! The way you both connect with each other is truly priceless. Thank you so much for sharing these precious moments with us ❤❤❤
Oh dear! I feel I might have had a great friend in your mum. Like her I am a devoted and somewhat prickly artist of a certain age who enjoys a good laugh. I love her art and her spirit. Thank you for making these wonderful and inspiring videos! If there is a next life I hold out hope that we will meet, again as artists, in a room full of light.
Your mom is an absolute sweetheart with great humor and a hard-working spirit! And so did you by going through all the “trouble” ha ha to make these documentaries! I really enjoyed them! I loved when you put some of them Bloopers directly into the documentary. This made it very lively and fun. I also remember her Brickwalls. They look great because she painted each brick and that's WHY they look so real in her paintings! His paintings are a historical testimony to England! ..."and this House, for some strange reasons never mooved out of Fullam". Both of you are Hilarious!
... dunno... sometimes Art School can shut one down and stop one from expressing what's inside. I think Mary's better off for NOT having attended Art School where they would have molded her. Her work is 100% Mary Cane Honeysett and no one else. Schooling can un-do that.
I can't believe this showed up! I saw the documentary um, last year and immediately fell in love with her! One line in particular stands out in my mind about when women artists marry and have children they don't get to devote all their time to their art, they have to perform the wifely duties and raise the children while the men develope their art. I retired and wanted to go back to my art but for some reason the dishes and the laundry and the doggy doo just keep piling up until I put the pen, pastels, whatever, aside, lol. This film gives me great joy. Thank you!
I just LOVE this woman❤what a GEM. I would love to be her friend...it’s a shame I will never meet her in this life...maybe I will meet her on the other side...
Thank you so much for sharing your mother with all of us! I am so glad you became a documentary film maker. (NOT an easy path!!!). I've really enjoyed everything I've seen of your mum. Don't stop filming. You do it well. Much luck to you!
Such a joy to watch and hear Mary again. That laugh and genuine warmth in eight precious minutes. I recall watching Mary paint Stephen Long Antique Shop over a few weeks and this video brings back so many happy memories ❤
How lovely is she and the relationship between you both. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I can't get enough of her 🤗

So uplifting! You have a wonderful record of your Mum laughing and giggling which you can look at anytime you need to feel closer to her.
So true!
Your mum had a wonderful soul. She reminds me so much of my mum too.
It’s her nature!☺️ She is a treasure.
Fantastic! She makes my day full of joy!
She makes my whole face smile.
Imagine if this beautiful lady managed to attend art school, what work she would have produced for us.❤🇬🇧
