Y'know, in some of these episodes, John can be a bit of a putz, so it was REALLY cool to see him actually flex on being a military doctor with his medical knowledge in the examination scene.

Watson did so well in this part! Good on him for getting to use his army doctor knowledge to know something was off with the victim's wounds!
