Matthew, which Garden Hose 🌀 is better, Flexzilla or ELEY? Quality, performance, longevity? ELEY has Brass fittings, Flexzilla has softer Aluminum. Both are drinking water 🚰 safe. Both are now Made In U.S.A. 🇺🇸. I’m simply looking for the better quality hose. ELEY is over double the price 💸 for the same size. I just received the Flexzilla in Gray, it arrived with a permanent kink at the business end. It’s soft, flexible, extremely lightweight, but not sure how long it will last. I want the best!
I still have all of my Eley products and they work the same as the day I bought them. I purchased 4 more Eley hoses and hose reels this Spring to place around the new property. I’ve never tried Flexzilla, but I’ll likely never own another hose brand after having Eley.
I have a choice of wall mount, free standing, or post/fence mount for a Eley hose reel. Is there any difference, or preference your aware of? Thanks, John.
Can you or have you demonstrated the hose on here? I’d like to see how it retracts. I have 2 Hoselink’s…I love them but they’re not attractive in the landscape. When we build on our 2 acres next year I would like something aesthetically pleasing in the front of the house.
The hose doesn't retract automatically, it must be wound up. The Hoselink is a nice concept, but I don't favor all the plastic (although the new black color is nice) and the available hose length is only 82 feet with the HoseLink, which isn't enough to reach some areas of my yard. If Hoselink wanted to send me one to try, I would love to try it out and change my mind, but I can't justify the cost of it when Eley products have such a long warranty, are made of heavy duty materials, and customer service has been so good.

I use them for home use and one of my clients. Thanks for sharing. Excellent company.
Does the hose ever Kink? I had to return Flexzilla hose because it kinks like crazy and the Home Depot hose does it too
Ok so now I’m looking to see how many I need. Love your info and how you share🥰
