Hi sir, I am an non farmer gujarat citizen but still i have agricultural land got from my grandfather. My question is can i sell this land directly to other gujarat farmers without any problem or i have to transfer the land ownership to my farmer relatives or friends to sell this land…
Agriculture land ka kuch jyada knowledge nahi he to kya broker ke bharose land buy kar sakte he ? First time land buy karte samay kin kin bato ko dhyan rakhna chahiye
It's for experienced person only. You'd need some good contacts. If you don't know anything, you don't have contacts and just in case you couldn't sell it on time you'd be needing a back up plan or at least have that amount in your reach. Yes it's not for everyone unless you know how to do it.
