Dude is a marketing genius. Korean, Nilgiri and Mexican are all the same variety - Zoysia matrella. But you'd have to admit if he's producing such a clean turf with such low labour costs he might be a agronomical genius as well.

Also in landscaping industry so for instance I know in Bengal people grow grass on plastic sheets so you don't have to use the harvester. And in parts of India with climates without significant winter and dampness (yani coastal areas) Axonopus is more popular, which i have seen even in NE India.

But you need lots of irrigation so it doesn't dry out while you grow it. In USA Bermuda grass "Sod" as they call it comes in 2.6 sq ft flats and sells at Retail for $1.25/ sq ft ( approx 100 Rs/ sq ft), while if you buy a pallet which is 500 sq ft sells for $ 580. A good export potential but the transportation will eat your lunch and also whether will survive shipping.

Even grows on concrete cracks. Its difficult to get rid off bcs even after its fully dry, it can still grow back by its rhizomes which stay in soil

In this turf growing most important is not allowing to grow weeds... And to make that u can't use normal herbicides..... Its going to be costly.... And in a acre almost 20-25% area goes in loss...
