@@Priyangshu139 Live in the same region. Bought and sold turfgrasses multiple times. Also in landscaping industry so for instance I know in Bengal people grow grass on plastic sheets so you don't have to use the harvester. And in parts of India with climates without significant winter and dampness (yani coastal areas) Axonopus is more popular, which i have seen even in NE India.

@@Priyangshu139Grass grown on sheet doesn't have its roots disturbed while harvesting so initial transplantating shock (yellowing) is reduced at customer site. But you need lots of irrigation so it doesn't dry out while you grow it. So its only viable for areas with ample water supply but also you can't overwater because it will cause roots to shrink and turf shearing strength is impacted.
Some suggestions to the interviewer
1. Pl do NOT wear dark glasses.
2. Pl face and look at the person you are interviewing.
3. Dont repeat everything he says.
4. His voice should be as loud as yours. Pl give HIM a collar mike.
5. Most importantly, show him respect and treat him as an equal.

In USA Bermuda grass "Sod" as they call it comes in 2.6 sq ft flats and sells at Retail for $1.25/ sq ft ( approx 100 Rs/ sq ft), while if you buy a pallet which is 500 sq ft sells for $ 580. A good export potential but the transportation will eat your lunch and also whether will survive shipping.

Khaad ka khacha....sab milaa kar 14rupees per sq feet aata h...selling price 15 se 16 rupee per sq feet hota h, ye chennai ka hisaab h...is liye kisi bhi bhai ko lambye profit ke chakar me naa aaye...ya agr 1ya2acre kheti ki jamin h tao Fig yaani Anjir ki kheti kar sakte h isme jayada paani ki jarurat bhi nahi h.lekin area 2acre tao haona hi chaahiye. Soil ka loss har katai me hoti hai. Jaise jaise soil kam hote jayegi waha soil filling bhi karna hoga.
Also as his farm is road touch, he should try and rent out acre or half for marriage functions from that he can even earn more profit without loosing grass.

Some grasses are verrrrrrrry bad !! Cooch grass grows by underground rhizomes and it can be terrible for wet regions ..like kerala. The cooch has started growing everywhere..its very invasive . Even grows on concrete cracks. Its difficult to get rid off bcs even after its fully dry, it can still grow back by its rhizomes which stay in soil

Let's face it, he pays 0 tax after earning crores And we working class get notice for even 500 outstanding after paying tax without miss every year. This is how country will develop 👏. Great system. Crore earning farmer gets free electricity, subsidy, loan weaver also in case of loss. 👏
He is like one among millions...and left over millions don't even earn to touch tax slab. Fo u even know that more than 70% of farmers in India have below 100 per capita income.

correct, our tax collecting system is faulty, all farmers should be taxed. Farmers in India are so rich they all have iphone, OLED TV, XUV, have dinner in min 3 star hotel, weekends INox and yes other things like manicure, pedicure once in a week is common. Worst system.

After 2 years I guess we have put new soil again and it can cost around 4 Lakh / per acre / per 1 feet height

@@Vk-bw9cv the soil does reduce but not drastically, I mean you won't even notice it....but it might be noticable after 5 or 6 years if you are taking two crops, but I don't think on same land you should be doing grass farming for 15-20years.....better do it on leased land

Its less profit making businessman, over supply competition ,more water electricity bill ,and if decided chose soil which have good soil depth ,and less prone to other weeds that is naturally occuring in that soil that emerge regularly ,weeding costly. He is expirenced and soil is good .
