you helped me reach my 60 lb weight loss goal today. i’ve been using all your hiit workouts along with being on a caloric deficit the past 4-5 months and today finally marks the day that i would’ve never imagined, after letting myself go during the pandemic and a failed attempt at keto (developed severe keto rash). thank you daniel. fitnessblender has become a lifestyle for me.

I was so confident the first two rounds, by the last two I was dripping in sweat and talking myself thru it. I enjoyed that it was right to the point and that time went by fast. Will most definitely do this again, no time soon though, lol. Good job, Daniel!

You're very observant. He's not breathing hard because it's not HIIT for him except by definition of taking short breaks. He's going very easy and slow, likely on purpose. This would be HIIT for someone very out of shape.
The "doom" had me a little wary ahah but going to the comments to see how pumped people are gives me the confidence to give it a go. Just finished and feeling good!

Loved this! To make more challenging/extend workout, I took a quick water break after last 40 sec round and went back down the ladder ending at 10 sec round, then did cool down. Def will be doing this workout again!!

Yes I am with you on that. I’m shocked he didn’t incorporate burpees or star jumps. But those squat jacks can be brutal. Lol.
@@char-4737 omg yes 40 sec of squat jacks definitely left me a sweaty mess😄 But I still loved this workout! Great for a quick weekday workout that’s still really challenging. Have you tried it yet?

BUT my fav is still the Brutal Hitt Ladder --first one, I think. That one has just become a part of my workout routine for probably over a year now

Great workout! I love the ~30 minute no equipment HIIT workouts with the warm up and cool down included and was very excited to see this posted today! It would be a nice feature if you could include a difficulty rating for your workouts on a scale from 1 - 5 so it's easier to pick the workout that suits your needs for a given day. I'd say this would be around a 3.5, but would probably be a 4 or 4.5 if we had also done a descending ladder with the same exercises.
Check out their website! They rate each workout out of 5 and have an awesome search feature where you can search based on that (and a bunch of other stuff).

The chapter markers help a lot. I can have better estimation of how hard the exercises are before starting.

Great routine & relatively easy for someone who is already in shape. One suggestion, I'd personally like to hear more positive/ inspiring commentary around showing up full force for the workout, rather than hearing suggestions that the viewer may be feeling tired, overworked or even glad that the workout is almost over. Regardless, I enjoyed the video overall, Thanks so much!

It was pretty rough Tristan. I had to switch to easier versions quite a bit on the 30 and 40 second rounds.

You know what makes this workout easier? Thinking that you were going to have to go back down the ladder after you went up it and being surprised and disappointed that the workout was halfway over before you expected it to be. Maybe I was the only one...either way, it was a fun workout. After completing it, I did want more. Perhaps I'm a glutton for punishment and I should've read the description better.
Nothing like this kind of routine to send a bolt of reality to me that I'm not doing HIIT enough as I should be. This one was brutal; but I'll be back.

This morning I just did a Pyramid HIIT...gosh..it was hard, but what didn't kill me makes me stronger.
