- Uni and Nami have a variety of beds at home and we just added a new one to the list. At first they couldn't figure out its purpose but later they fought for the bed as expected :) #catwindowbed

Personally I'm sceptical with a window bed because overtime their suction cups will disengage, break off and such due to felines' weigh.

I bought 2 of those things for each of my cats. None of the suction cups would work. A total waste of money.

You should know you cannot make a cat want to do anything, so Nami's initial rejection was predictable. But eventually Nami wanted to see why Uni liked it. Did Nami try it by herself ?

Wow , these two adorable babies have gotten so big !!
I saw their size when you picked them up....
My tuxedo cat was like that after I had him fixed he got Hugh and it wasn't fat it was all muscle like your fur baby's .....
The vet was always impressed at how big he was and healthy....
My hubby had to carry him into the vet cause he just felt too heavy for me to carry in the pet carrier lol....
He weighed 23 lbs.

Sweet construction, but I doubt that the window's hinges are designed to handle +4-5 kg for extended period.

Suction caps like those always fall off eventually, which might be a painful awakening for a sleeping cat - though it would not surprise me if a cat could wake up and still land on its feet in the split second available!

We have the plain hammock version. My cat took a few days to try it. Now she can be found there when the sun is shining! It shines on that window about 2/3 of the day. S
I now call her solar kitty cause she’s soaking up all the sun!!
