I really like to think that Lilith became mayor of Bonesburg.
But instead of doing the emperor's order, she makes it a happy place for everyone, by seeing the best for everyone.
That is such good thinking! Lilith seems like a good type of leader, atleast when she thinks for herself!

Making Lilith Eda’s sister was a master stroke decision on the writer’s part. Their season 1 dynamic had the perfect mix of rivalry, sisterly love, and frustration.
The only downside was her not dying for her selfishness and sins.

Oh man-
You can really see the gradual evolution from “Feared Leader of the Emperors Coven”, to the dorky aunt with a history fixation that we see now. Slowly letting her guard down, not taking herself so seriously, letting her hair get curly, and using glasses instead of contacts. Bit by bit she lets go of the facade she put on to fit in, and it’s honestly great
Belos turned her into a person unrecognisable to her true self, but once she left the coven she was able to find that true self again.
@@astralaurora4165 which really acts as a microcosm of what he’s done to the isles. He’s warped everyone’s ideals against their own best interests, and created an environment where strength and control supersedes kindness and authenticity

something i love about how she’s written is that it’s actually pretty accurate to real ravens: they’re hostile to owls, they’re very smart, and are often seen as intimidating, but they can also be pretty goofy (like rolling around in snow, playing tug-of-war with sticks)

Honestly, I think Lilith deserved a bigger part in s3, and even s2. She’s such an interesting character and they barely explored her guilt and trauma. I feel like there’s a lot of wasted potential with her.
Still love her and where she ends up in the future though. ❤️🥲
It feels like they got rid of her too quickly. I wish she stayed at the owl house with others instead of going with her mom

@@imanobody7911 yes but it was good for her character, as an older sister who never really got attention growing up, if my mother offered to let me stay with her for some catch up time, I’d take it, I understand why Lilith needed to leave, and I’m sure that if they had more episodes and time, they would’ve explored Lilith more

One of the things I noticed is that lilith’s palisman disappears in favor of hootie
Poor raven.
That just shows how selfish, vain, and disrespectful she is to take that poor palisman for granted.
Her Palisman was barely even a character to begin with. I mean, not even the crew could decide on an official name.

I lot of people say that Lilith used to be so evil or that Lilith got off too easy. I just have to say I disagree with that. I think Lilith was essentially just manipulated by Belos in EVERY way possible! Also even in season 1, we still saw slight dorkiness come out of her, so I don't think she had a DRAMATIC character switch. And my thing is sometimes big events like what occured in the final 2 episodes of season 1, may allow people to make quick changes to themselves. I believe that's what Lilith did. Belos and the Emperor's Coven was keeping her in a box. Overall, I just really love Lilith and how she has evolved as a character! Thanks if you ready this. Sorry if it was a little lengthy.
The worst thing I think Lilith did was endanger Luz’ life, but I don’t think she ever wanted Luz dead.
Belos had just threatened Liliths life prior, so she was desperate to capture Eda. It’s the only time we ever see her act viciously-when her life is in direct threat. But Lilith initially goes out of her way to protect Luz in that magic bubble.

@@Igottagowalkmyfish Exactly. I think she knew Eda would catch her. Lilith was reckless, but she didn’t have murderous intent.
I think the change was quick because the only main reason Lilith was still in the Emperors Coven was to heal her sister. Everything else was related to being needed by the emperor himself, but after realising his betrayal, she cut off any emotional or idealistic ties with anything related to her ex-job.
To me, this switch isn't as drastic when I view it in this light.

I realized something both lilith and amity had an evil arc and then had redemption (mostly lilith) because of family and other issues. No wonder they became a duo in the finale.

The thumbnail made me notice that sometimes Lily's eyes are blue instead of greenish-blue
I wish we got more development of her character arch. It is such a strong arch but I wished it got more fleshed out. I just want more of Lilith like a mini series of her story more in depth, like I know she is aro ace but I wished that got mentioned or touched upon. Or how she rised in the emperor's coven. Or how she is doing as now mayor.

When I was first watching this show back in 2021, I despised Lilith's character. And felt bad for the voice actress who had to voice such a deceitful and somewhat annoying character. But even back in August 2021, when I watched Agony of a Witch for the very first time, and still almost 2 years later, I have to admit, Cissy did an amazing job on the delivery of the line, "Then why were you so easy to curse?!"
The emotion packed into that line is just..wow. Really showed how much it had pained Lilith to keep it to herself all that time, and how angry she was at herself for placing it on Eda.
I remember I had to rewind that scene a few times just to hear it over; partially because unlike many people, I wasn't expecting Lilith to be the one who cursed her and partially because I just needed to hear that delivery again.
So glad I was lucky enough to not be spoiled on that cause I was really late watching the show 😂

Honestly I have to say, Lilith in the emperor coven/at the start of the show looked really pathetic and sad which I'm not saying it's bad, I think it was actually intentional to make her look like this which makes her character arc even more obvious and better, plus it shows the obvious difference between not being a Emperor Coven member to being free from Belos influence and the stressful environment anyway, almost everyone in the Emperor Coven was obviously sad there even if it doesn't look obvious, the few that weren't sad were just as twisted as Belos.
