Old demo. They got an EP named after this song, but, this doesn't appear on it?
This is actually a song that Scooter Ward did with legendary "Black Sabbath" guitarist Tony Iommi, it never appeared on an album, it is believed that it was replaced last minute by a version done with Peter Steele of "Type O Negative" on vocals.

I saw Cold in concert around the time that The Killer and The Star came out and I was able to ask Scooter about this song. He told me that the reason this song was not on the Iommi album was all because of Sharon Osbourne. Scooter said that Sharon did not like him because he would not agree to Cold doing any Ozzfest tours. So because Sharon had a bitch-fit over Scooter, we got the Peter Steele song "Just Say No to Love." Not that that song is bad, it's just that we could have gotten another song sung by Peter Steele.
