Two quick notes: -Even though Sanpei wasn't an expert on the Bond Phenomenon, it was the experiences he shared with Ash and Greninja that always strengthened their bond. -After hatching from its Egg, Riolu didn't recognize Ash's Aura right away. Does Ash's Aura only appear when he's battling?
Aura Guardian Ash has a nice ring to it. While Pokémon Master Ash is cool, I feel Ash is more of a guardian than a trainer. He’s always putting himself in danger to protect those who can’t protect themselves. Plus Ash has a strong bond with a lot of Pokémon that most trainers rarely have.
Hell Yeah. In that episode, we saw how ash releases and gives his aura to his pokemon, making it stronger. Lucario being an aura pokemon, he should be able to utilize it to its max potential. Can't wait for the anime to come back
Well, I wonder if we'll one day get a deeper explanation about Aura and learn more about it. What if there was a game (or a pair of games) with a Pokémon Professor actually studying Aura not out of malice, but mostly to figure out what kind of role it has in the lives of humans and Pokémon who have those powers?
I hope for an episode for Ash to go back to Kalos to see Greninja, then Riolu or Lucario by then see the destiny bond of Ash and Greninja and slowly learns Aura Bond with Ash in a similar way so when they go back to Galar Ash can wreck everyone with AshAura-Lucario
That would be very cool. I'm not sure if Ash and Lucario need to have a different form like Ash-Greninja, but definitely their Aura connection should push them to similar levels, such as Ash being able to see/feel as Greninja did!
@@EliteTrainerMark Why not Mega evolution, after all he never did had a mega evolved Pokémon when he was in Kalos, and he has several Pokemon that's able to mega evolve, and his Riolu saw Korrina Lucario able to Mega evolved. So, why not he should have a mega evolved Lucario.
It would be cool for Ash to Mega Evolve his Lucario, but like you said, he didn't use Mega Evolution in Kalos, so I feel like he won't start now. He would have to start by getting a mega stone and key stone, and those are not easy tasks. It could happen, but I'm not sure it will.
@@EliteTrainerMark maybe he will get one from Korrina or her grandpa, or someone else like Professor Sycamore if he sees them again in future episodes.
That could definitely happen! It is strange that he never got one during XY, but in Sun and Moon a Legendary Pokémon literally gave him a Z-Ring in the first episode. Strange.
I greatly explores Ash's aura powers in my mega-crossover: it can manifests as vast array of superhuman powers and even then I kept Ash's stupidity(that's inevitably less extent than his canon self) mostly just to keep himself from being too overpowered as well he's allergic to Broccoli Ash's past life was sir Aaron
I hope Ash keeps Lucario as his second main pokemon if they ever decided to have him in the gen 9 series, and not to release him. I mean he could be more powerful than any of his ace pokemon in the series, and he could be his second partner in the franchise, after all, Lucario is considered one of the most popular pokemon in the franchise.
I could see this going either way. They already have a lot of promotional material that has Ash, Pikachu, and Riolu together. Obviously, Riolu/Lucario is going to play a big part in Pokémon Journeys, but will that go beyond this series? Past examples (i.e. Greninja) suggest no, but maybe Lucario will break the trend!
@@EliteTrainerMark I hope so, let's be honest, if Ash ever accomplished his goals, then he's going need a stronger Pokemon that's able to handle anything a lot more than his Pikachu.
It's scary to think how good Ash would be if he had continued using his strongest Pokémon all the time, even if Pokémon like Infernape and Sceptile had kept training with him, they would be near unbeatable at this point. It's like when he meets Elite Four members or Champions and they can basically sweep an army of Pokémon with just their ace. Ash might have gotten to that level if he continued training his Pokémon for more than one series.
@@EliteTrainerMark I'm not sure his ace Pokémon are strong, but not strong enough to handle an elite 4 or champion Pokémons, the only Pokémon, Ash has that could be strong enough to handle them is his Charizard, and maybe his Greninja if he was still around. So, yeah it would be nice to have some of his older Pokemon on his journey, and they could be mentors to his new pokemon on the team.
When Ash battled Diantha about 100 or so episodes into XY, Ash-Greninja actually had Mega Gardevoir on the ropes in a one-on-one battle, and that was before they had perfected Ash-Greninja. But since Charizard and Pikachu have each defeated Legendary Pokémon before, they definitely would put up a fight against Champions. I could imagine Blaze Infernape would be a problem too if they had trained together more.
I have a theory of Ash-Greninja and how its connected to Ash's aura guardian abilities and can use them further and beyond so he can sync deeply with his pokemon. I think why greninja transform is because Ash was syncing his aura with greninja to fuse with one another. Not just because of torrent ability I don't think its torrent because if Ash can pull off a ability with lucario like for greninja I think his aura abilities are awakening.
That's definitely possible! As I mentioned in the video, all Pokémon have some kind of Aura, so maybe Ash's aura was really similar to Greninja's! I agree that it's not Torrent (hence why in the games Ash-Greninja has its own ability). We'll see if Ash and Lucario have something similar!
I thought battle Bond would Benn with pikcuh so they could combat megs evlocrd without having to have pickuh evkove into rsvhu given picku also if they focus on the aura thing and they could create a proposal pribln where there switch bodies and they have to Go find Lilly the pokmen witch
The only person that fits this description is if they bring back Riley. They have brought back old friends many times before, why not Riley. However, I also like Daninspiration's comment too. Maybe the team behind the anime will do both, why not.
The Aura is with me! :3 I really love the concept of the power of Aura and I think I can explain why! In theory, ‘Aura’ is a Cosmic Power. It originated in the cosmos/Outer Space and came into existence as soon the universe was formed. When the first god Pokémon came along when the first planets were being formed ‘including PokéEarth’ the god Pokémon spread Aura around space and into the primordial soups of every planet in the Pokémon universe that had the lingering beginnings of life on each habitable planet. When life began on PokéEarth, Aura was everywhere. When humans and Pokémon started to evolve (in a long period of time ‘Billions of years’) this is how the Pokémon got their powers and over time the powers evolved with them. But there is a ‘special’ kind of Aura that humans and Pokémon can control. Control the essence of the power and so forth. Over time, not every human or Pokémon had the control of Aura as over millions of years it was being diluted to Pokémon and humans whose ancestors never had the power with Pokémon and humans who did have the power until today. There are only a small handful of humans who can control Aura today (like Ash Ketchum) because humans never always bred with other humans who had the power. Sir Aaron was a good guy who used the power of Aura for good. But I betcha in the future we will see villains who have the power of Aura and using it for evil (like a human who is a modern day sorcerer in the Pokémon universe) but I bet in Sir Aaron’s time, he had such a foe but it has never been mentioned or realised. Let me know what you think on my theory ^^
Favorite part of the anime: The main character has soul manipulation powers and it’s never brought up again. Second favorite: He’s been a ghost possessing his own corpse ever since the first season, way back in Lavender Town. It is also never brought up again.
what exactly are aura gaurdians capable of? can they actually physically manifest it? like can a well trained and capable person actually create an aura sphere?
maybe the bond phenomeon & aura bond connection are similar to each other. who knows maybe the riolu in that pokemon ranger episode or the ash's riolu/lucario could have been sir aaron's lucario reincarnated to an extent. perhaps sir aaron or the aura gaurdian with the pikachu or a combo of both reincarnated as ash. perhaps ash's pikachu is the reincarnated form of the pikachu that was partnered with that 1 aura gaurdian.
