0:41 -Arceus creates Lake Guardians to give knowledge, emotion and willpower to all living things to come.
1:00 -In the Pokemon Universe, there are Ultra Spaces that are linked through Ultra Wormholes.
1:05 -The Ultra Space realm are filled with Necrozma and Cosmog. Necrozma created during the big bang. Cosmog appeared through the build up of dust and gases.
1:13 -As gravity collapse, Cosmog turn into Cosmoen.
1:17 -Eventually Cosmoem becomes Solgaleo or Lunala.
1:25 -Pokemon Planet is created.

1:34 -As planet forms, Kyogre is born from pressure in the deep sea trenches. Groudon from the planet harden magma. Rayquaza from the minerals of the ozone layer.

1:52 -As landmasses are created, Regigigas moves the continents to form the regions.
2:01 -The Aura Trio appears as the planet forms. Where there is life, there is destruction. A perfect order must exist.

3:20 -Bunch of Meltan during the Iron Age. Melmetal worshiped for its ability to create metal from anything.

3:38 -The Eon Duo guard cities?
3:50 -3,000 years ago, Pokemon and humans coexisted creating all sorts of culture.Taught to be gracious for everything. Expression through music and dance. Learned to battle side by side. Peace was short as Kalos War occurred. AZ ended war by firing the ultimate weapon sending vast amounts of energy throughout the planet.
4:13 -In Galar, a weaken Eternatus awakens after sensing that energy. In an attempt to stay alive, it absorbed the energy but caused Darkest Day event. In the mist of chaos, a leader arises, sending the Hero of Many Battles to put an end to it.
4:29 -2,500 years ago, Unova was founded by two brothers and a mysterious dragon. War started, as the brothers couldn't decide whether to purse truth or ideals, splitting the dragon. Unaware, a third dragon was created from the leftovers.
4:50 -Inspired by the Hero of Many Battles, the Swords of Justice appears to protect Pokemon from Human conflict. They later rescued a young Keldeo.
5:13 -Keldeo went off to train and meets Kubfu and train together. Keldeo went back to learn the move Secret Sword. Kubfu goes to the Tower of Two Fist, where it must decide to either train in the Tower of Darkness or Water.
5:27 -2,000 years ago, Millennium Comet is visible in Hoenn. Hoenn is plagued by meteor showers. A fragment containing Jirachi lands in Hoenn.
5:34 -1,000 years ago, a meteor strikes Hoenn containing an alien virus. Prophesied that another meteor would return causing the Delta Episode.

5:39 -Regielecki (Modern Age).
5:48 -Traumatized by their past, humans are having nightmares. Some do have joyful dreams.
6:02 -Like Darkrai, Marshadow hides in shadows and cause nightmares.
6:08 -Prince of the Seas, Manaphy is born in cold seafloor with special power to bond with Pokemon. By breeding, Phione is born and lives in warm water.
6:20 -700 years ago, to ensure the sea and skies don't suffer the same fate, Lugia and Ho-Oh appears. To honor the duo, Ecruteak City builds the Brass Tower and Bell Tower.

6:42 -500 years ago, Alola has guardian deities.
7:01 -Legends tell of fearsome Pokemon appearing from Ultra Wormholes.
7:54 -Magearna is created using life energy of other Pokemon.
8:09 -150 years ago, Brass Tower burns to the ground killing 3 Pokemon. Ho-Oh resurrect the 3 Pokemon to become Legendary Beasts.

Seeing the legendary Pokémon mapped out like this really demonstrates how they make a pantheon, not unlike our world mythologies. I’d never really thought of them like that before.
I thought them as a pantheon since second generation already 😆 and then third and mainly fourth generations just re confirmed my kid assumptions

A lot of people may disagree. But I think it's better for people to consider the legendary pokemon as a pantheon.
Not only does it tie together their relationship but it also just makes it easier to comprehend their characters in the overall setting.
Especially when you compare it to the current canon story, which has no consistency at all.

Actually, Humans cane from Mews as well. Originally, Humans were indistinguishable from pokemon, but through biological processes, they became not pokemon. This is explained in B&W 2.

-the encounterable Arceus is its incarnation and only a small portion of Arceus’ true power.
-the Noble pokemon are descendants of the ten Pokémon that accompanied the hero of legend and their power is a blessing from Arceus
-the Origin Formes of Dialga and Palkia are a temporary transformation caused by their attempt to gain power equal to Arceus
-because of this, they look like wrong combinations of themselves and Arceus, as opposed to Origin Forme Giratina, which looks different and more suited to its new home in the Distortion World
-Enamorus, the love-hate pokemon, is the fourth member of the forces of nature. Her Incarnate Forme completes the set of cardinal winds and seasons, as she is associated with spring and the south. Her Therian Forme completes the set of the Chinese Four Symbols, as the Black Tortoise, despite not being wintry.
I think that Dialga and Palkia may have not seen Arceus true power.
Its possible Dialga and Palkia have origin formes in their own realms like the light on Mt. Coronet in Pokemon Platinum.

Branch off of Calyrex (King), next to Zacian (Sword) and Zamazenta (Shield): King's Steed
Glastrier | Spectrier (King's Steed) (This would look like how Kubfu's evolution is separated on either side of the lines, due to the origins of the two horses just swapping places with one another, never at the same time)
(This one Im having trouble including) Branch off of Xerneas (Life) AND Yvelta (Destruction) (similar to Lugia branching off of Kyogre and Rayquaza): Relations (or Love-Hate)

Hasn't it always been said that Mew was the first pokemon ever created by Arceus, because Mew has the genetic DNA of all Pokemon in existence, alike it's predecessor Arceus? I agree with much of everything else and actually really like this mapped out sequence, it took a lot of time and effort and it's incredible you created this, so thank you

I was surprised to see humans pop up on the list,to then be closely followed by Meloetta. While it makes sense to an extent, it's still weird to see the two so closely related on this family tree.
I know some theorize that human concepts were born because of certain pokemon, not the other way around, like music exists because of meloetta, writing exists because of the unown, etc.

You have done some mistakes in this one, but it's a lot of work and pokemon lore is really complicated, so you have a like from me
I mean the lore makes these impossible with contradictions everywhere. The first dragon must be related to mew and all Pokemon are related to mew. Therefore the type of dragon must be related to mew therefore the gen 5 main legendaries must be related to mew. Like that a serious contradiction.

Like celebi being under dialag, dialag can’t maintain the time like so creates celebi to maintain the correct flow of time and keep by moving between time. That makes sense but other parts make no sense. Like the dragons.
If you want lore explain try the channel Lockstin & Gnoggin it has great lore explained extremely where to he point where there's no argument to be made.
