Hello Hailey! We went to Seoul in November (for 3 weeks) with my family of 6. We had an amazing time & saw many incredible places (took sooo many pics) We stayed in Myeong-dong (the Crown Park Hotel) & was close to nearly everything. T-money cards were easy to use & purchased our Discover passes (72 hours) Bought a lot of clothes in Hongdae & Dongdaemun,& ate at the Myeongdong markets nearly every night! We also went to Daegu (2 nites) & Busan (3 nites) We just want to thank you for your wonderful channel that helped us immensely when speaking to the locals. We practiced it a lot before going to SK & we spoke it as much as we could. Your "100 phrases" came in handy! We truly cannot thank you enough! Kamsahamnida🫰 I will cherish these memories that I shared with my family,in a country on the other side of the world! Please keep doing what you're doing You're an amazing person & we wish you all the best in 2023! Love & light sister♥️ Alofas from New Zealand🙌🙏🇳🇿🇰🇷
Hi! I'm from New Zealand also and am looking at going for a trip to South Korea in 2 years! Sounds like you had an awesome time. Can I ask do you feel it is a safe country for a Solo traveller? 😄
@@paigeshona1735 Hello Shona! From what I experienced there in Seoul,it was very safe! As much as I did family time in the morning/arvo,I did my exploring walks by myself (10pm-2am) nearly every night with no hassles or harm. I came across plenty of people by themselves, walking, jogging or drinking (you can drink in public) at night too & it was all good! We stayed at the hotel with a lot of solo travellers (from Germany,France & the U.S) & they absolutely loved it! Never saw any troubles on our journey. Never came across any problematic people. Everybody was respectful,& when you looked a lil lost, they were always willing to help you. They don't normally interact with you unless you talk to them first (or look confused in our situation lol) Everyone has their own story for their journeys, but from the foreigners we encountered,& all the walking I did at night,I would say it's a safe place! Good luck on your journey there! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. So many things to see & do. Lotte World at night is amazing,as well as the Lotte Tower. All the best!! One luv my Kiwi familia🙌🇰🇷🇳🇿
I came from the Korean restaurant few minutes ago and I use Korean which u taught me ❤️ Thank you so much teacher But I have question. The uncle who from Korea asked how did you learn Korean. I wanted to say it taught you but my Korean isn't enough.... Please teach them too

Hailey, my friend! That was a very nice tour video. And you looked like you did great at the traditional game, it was impressive! Was the cafe your favorite part? With the snowman! 는사림!
