Wow Seoul has sure changed a lot since I was stationed in south Korea in 1975. Looks kind of intense and intimidating. I was mostly north of Seoul at Camp Casey but spent a month at Yongsan in Seoul. I remember Myeong-dong being a party place but mostly for Koreans, it was not a tourist destination. And also very expensive on a GI salary.
Nice, I’m going at the start of February… if my parents allow me to go. Dad is convinced, only mom to go. 😅 The fact that I’m going alone kind of frightens them.😂
@@smeshsmesh9695 I hope it works out! I am travelling alone as well and Korea is a very safe place to do it, you will find out a lot about yourself when you are alone in a new place, take the chance!
So I’m a big fan of Asian country’s , I specifically love Japan and always knew things I wanted to do and still do in Japan, Korea was a second place I wanted to visit, now a few days ago I had an emergency landing in Soul coming from Philippines so I got a few trip to Korea, and only stayed at the Hayatt hotel near the airport, one night, I never knew what I wanted to do in Korea other than see K-pop buildings and eat some good food, but this gives me some ideas thanks
about the royal palace : from wat i understood from a different vlogger people who dress up in traditional clothing are allowed intoo the palace or free there a few shops that rent this clothing ..... think thats a nice touch as the traditional clothing adds to the atmosfere of the place
It looks like Seoul has a beautiful city history, evident in the 5 royal palaces. I remember it has a traditional alley with traditional look houses. Seoul, like Beijing, has multiple sides of tradition and modernism. I don't know which one I prefer more. I probably like both. But I also like Korean BBQ and kimchi which goes along with basically every dish. Kimchi is highly in probiotics since it is fermented.
love this. i went with a tour last Dec but didnt have chance to visit most of these places. Thank you for the great and informative video. i will use this guide for my coming trip this month end ❤

Hi, May I share the most important news you will ever hear? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?
Having been to Seoul I would say skip it, and use your money to go to Tokyo which is far more rewarding. But the best information in this video is that Google maps really is rubbish in Seoul.
I'm finishing up a month long trip to Japan/Korea and I have to say i like Japan a lot more. People are friendlier and I find the sightseeing more fulfilling. Just my two cents though.
Hi! May I tell you the very best News you have ever heard before? It is that Heavenly Father sent to earth His holy Son Jesus (Y'shua Ha Mashiach is the hebrew Name for Jesus) to be born of a virgin. Jesus grew up and died on the cross for our sins, and was put in a tomb for 3 days. Then, Heavenly Father raised Jesus/Y'shua to life and He appeared to people, and went back to heaven. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name." Will you believe truly upon Jesus Christ and genuinely receive Him into your life this day?
I donk think so. You definitely haven't travelled abroad a lot. If the level of your experience of racism in Korea is 10, that of your experience of racism in most other countries would be 10x higher. South Korea is very friendly to foreigners
