It was disrespectful for the other person to leave in the middle of the conversation. They should not have been involved in the conversation in the first place.bb Best interview to date! Love you lil bro. aka Mr. Sakala. Well done! The best is yet to come.
In our struggles lessons are birthed and purposes are fuel that drive our dreams ahead. dreams without action are just thoughts. You are an inspirational to me the next zambian millionaire and successful businessman very soon🙏
Biggest takeaway for me was "trust is a weakness in business, people dont just come to work thinking they are going to steal from you but loopholes present opportunities for them to steal"🤔
This has made me to stop betting cause am a slavery of it looking at my life style am in a mess of too much loans on my payslip because of betting am. In so called Kaloba because of it otherwise mr Sakala is the first person have seen who has the truth about betting am really inspired 😢😢 am not married, I do not drink bear , am not a guy who spent on ladies just betting has done me bad I reached at a point where whatever coin I get direct to betpawa aweh sure God help me as if I wasn't a church boy with pure intentions of starting a business and marry currently the police called someone am owing a k5000 took me there and I don't have where to get payslip is badly dented 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I laughed so hard at the English part because I could relate. My friends and I would choose one person to talk to the cashier in English when paying for things in Pep Chililabombwe😂😂. The English was in me and could read very well but just never spoke it😂
This guy is a thinker. He has conventional business concepts explained in his context. Clearly, he has learnt a lot. It's this sort of learning that leads to sustainability... adopt or die. Kudos Alex!
I like Mr Sakala. His Story is that of many of us.. Growing up in the compounds growing to govt schools but then time and chance happens to us all... And English by the way is not a measure of intelligence
Great content, manje ba Elson pride nabo, he came and showed us that his going out of the country. Its comforting to see how two failures at that time comforting each other. But now we can learn from them. I can relate Alexs story.
Problem is zambians are so poor you think someone taking a flight is a pride thing...smh. If he didn't mention, you're the same people who would be leaving comments asking where Elson is.
It’s obvious when you are learning a second language the teaching should be in two languages so explanation, comprehension and context. When I was learning Chinese the teaching was mixed with English 🤷🏾♂️
Very insightful. I feel K-plus could have been more searching and deeper in his questions eg his worst business decision, when he knew that he had made it,personal life, his policeman side….there’s more to Alex than what’s been shared here.
Though I do understand your point, it's also important to note that this is a podcast, not an interview. They can talk about anything randomly, it doesn't even have to be about the guests life.
Thank am glad not the only one that has an issue with gambling.. we are raising a nation of addicts the ka aviator sounds funny when it flies away but it’s serious
I'm getting so inspired by Mr. Sakala most likely because he's story and lessons are so relatable.
It was disrespectful for the other person to leave in the middle of the conversation. They should not have been involved in the conversation in the first place.bb
Best interview to date! Love you lil bro. aka Mr. Sakala. Well done! The best is yet to come.
