So i'm sure this is a newbie question, but I've set everything up (I think correctly) and the Firebase all looks great - but the passing of the variables from Flutterflow to BuildShip seems to not be occurring correctly. In the video I've slowed this part down and watched your steps but it looks like you already had variables in your BuildShip nodes. Am I missing something?

One easy way is to first test the workflow or individual nodes to ensure every step and the entire workflow works and then once that’s good - you can test via flutterflow to ensure integration works. This helps isolate and identify if any issue. Also you Could you raise an in app support form and we can take a look?

Most of these middle-man services are optional, especially considering security (apikey) and handling scaling. One can absolutely achieve this with just cloud functions. Efficient, fast, and less costly if your functions are well written. And you don't have to handle keys on the client side platforms.

My API call is working, because I can see data being written to Firestore, but nothing is updating in the FlutterFlow UI when I test it. It keeps the same boilerplate text "Streaming AI Assistant Chat App Template using FlutterFlow and BuildShip...". What am I missing?

Hello, I am a beginner. I confirmed that a Thread is created in Chat GPT-API, but when I test flutterflow, no response is received. The response is also not logged in firestore's collection. however! My chat was recorded only once. I don't know the reason, but just once my chat was recorded in the firestore collection and GPT's answer was displayed normally on the flutterflow test screen. But it has never worked properly since then. Please help me.

Correct, the custom intrusions on OpenAI will be overwritten by OpenAI assisstant node instructions. We recommend simply setting up the assistant on the OpenAI console and then setting up everything else on BuildShip.

Thanks for this! My Assistant is a simple chat back and forth. No website scraping. When I enter a prompt and the Assistant responds, the chat is captured in Firestore collection just fine. But I don't understand how to get the threadId back to FF. I tried adding a node after the Open AI Assistant streaming node, but apparently I didn't explain to the AI what it should do very well because the result crashed the workflow. How do I get the threadId back to Flutterflow?
Never mind. Earlier I added a return node and when I clicked on javascript, I kept getting an error. I just tried it again by adding threadId and it worked as expected. Don't understand why I was getting the error though, which was something like function failed or problem with editor.

I do not need thread, only text generation, how do i modify it for this? My application: I send a key word and it generates text output
