Does your training switch up when prepping like say your off season you train a bodypart once a week do you up the volume to training every body part twice a week with more intensity or is intensity and workouts pretty much the same has the off season but you just incorporate more cardio
How much water you prefer for broku loaf ? 70g oats +300ml egg white + how much Water?
I really don’t measure lol, but probably about 3/4 cup water for that mix.
@@JasonLowe87 Today I tried it and added 2 cups of water, it turned out a bit watery but that made it even easier for me to digest! only the taste was less intense.
