Your style, flow, speed and accuracy is exactly where i want to get to as an FPV pilot. Thanks again for being such an inspiration. It's a true pleasure watching your development. Just know you are really helping me setting up the right path to grow as a pilot. keep rippin man!
I love the nice relaxed vibe you give off when doing these videos. It makes listening and learning a whole lot easier, plus your flying is so good and precise. I'm really glad to have found this channel. Thank you.
Vic man you just make me wanna go out and fly man!!!! Absolutely loving these tutorials mate. I love how easy you make it look. Makes me believe I can do it. Keep them coming, they are great!!
I was doing yaw without throttle. Punch it up than 0 throttle than yaw. Now I know how to make better. I'll try tomorrow! Thanks Vik, awesome tutorial!
Love it! You explain it so simple and you make it through steps-like and that is why I like your videos. Simple explained so that a beginner can also understand it! Thanks so much! Can't wait to try it out!
Whether full yaw spin or the 180 I strongly prefer to try and time the yaw to track the object as you pass it by. Love the tutorials. Keep em coming.... Even the simple things you still show me ways to try and refine💪💪💪💪💪🍻🍻🍻🍻👊👊😎
Great tutorial! I'm sure someone's said it before but in addition to all the amazing tricks, I find it amazing just how close to the ground you fly which, along with being bloody hard, gives a crazy sense of speed. I mean, I can do some basic tricks but every one of them is like 20 feet in the air because I'm terrified of hitting the floor! lol Great video, as always. Stay safe, brother.
It's all about where your camera is in relation to the horizon if you're inverted. Taking the time to think about that in relation to the yaw + taking into account your camera tilt helps lock in good inverted yaws
Hell yeah do a tutorial series. I think it will finally help. Had to learn how to get control. I used to just take off fast and go faster and faster till I would yard sale the battery antenna and sometimes an arm and a motor. Then was constantly waiting for parts from china.
So, in the rates settings, I ask is yaw set higher or lower than your pitch and roll? Or is it even all across the board? I'm newby as hell, but I'm going to learn!
I dont get this. When you going forward the quad pitch forward too, so if you just jaw you end up lookin the sky i guess. As far is i know you have to roll a bit to the same way when you jaw sipn. As i saw in this video you just yaw but you dont move the roll stick att all? how? thanks!
this is perfect timing for me! for days of flying iv been trying to invert yaw and my drones motors will rev me down to ground. I can never get it clean
Thanks for breaking it down like this, it’s really helpful. Do you completely drop your throttle when you do the yaw spin? in the osd view it looked like you were hitting the lower left or right corners for the yaw movement.
Yo Vik! Wadup man? Hey u shyould do a trick tutorial on that "one and a half split-s" thing u do, and u do it a lot. Like for example in this video theres one @1:53 and another @2:20. WHO ELSE AGREES???????!!!!!!!
Cool tutorial!! I came up with a way to enter tricks with a yaw move people started using not long ago, but I haven't seen anyone use quite like this. When I post maybe you could check it out, and let me know what you think. I didn't invent anything, just think it looks good.
VIK FPV I second this and would appreciate a quick video about that as well. Loving these videos that breakdown the moves into steps with clear demonstration. Thanks a bunch!
@@VIKFPV Yeah, I always thought that low camera angle meant more difficulty for Freestyle and high camera angle meant coordinated yaw with roll....cant wait!
Just last night I was expecting you would be releasing another trick tutorial. I download everyone, and practice them in the SIM before I try them on my quad. I highly recommend. Do you have a trick that would specifically help teach throttle management? Just an idea. Thanks again bro,. Mack
I wonder what your camera angle is? Most of your yaw moves are only with yaw, without roll. Beginners will strugle with that because you have to be completly leveled to do a clean yaw turn without roll. In all other situations you have to mix in roll.
Please next tutorial advanced tricks combination... 🤟🏻
I got you
Thissssss!
I second this. I really enjoy your advanced trick tutorials.
Nice work man! Thank you for breaking down and show the sticks. This really helps a lot!

Thank you so much for the information, buddy
Thanks bro
My throttle control while Yawing is the big issue,
usually end up 100ft higher than when I started.
Yeah that always happens to me too
So I’m not alone then 😂
@@kiwigus1953 Totaly same here :D
I'm the opposite, when I punch throttle i tend to unintentionally add some yaw in and fly crooked haha 😅
@@frankensteinfpv yep me too
Such a nice rotation without roll is actually only possible at
Not necessarily there are other methods. I do add a little roll tho
@@VIKFPV Yes, I also have to add a lot of roll at around 25° cam. In this video you don't add a roll, very interesting.
Was there any stabilization used on your flight footage? Awesome stuff man.
Never

I slightly move it but not too much
@@VIKFPV Im keep looking bro but the roll seems rock solid on the mode 2 osd. If i pause at 2:49, you roll just right on the middle.

Very nice.. What is your camera's angle? Thanx
Sick homie!
This looks great, can you say something about your rates in this video please
Yes. Rates are in playlist
This is insane, wish I could fly like this.
U are not alone. Hahha 😂😂😂
What kind of camera angle do you usually run? My yaws tend to need a lot of elevator input to stay flat and that seems to be the hard part for me.
I knew it, you're vic freeman
the Lipo burner! 💯👌👏👏
small question I build my FETTEc apex: fettec osd or apex osd? and unify pro 5.8 hv or unify pro32 nano?
I use apex osd with unify hv
I swear, i jaw & jaw & jaw... but it really needs stick time 🤣🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅😅
Always watch tutorial from you cause im mode 3 too lot of easy if i learn from you😅
Awesome man. Mode 3 is life
That was great!
You are a great teacher!!!I would like you to make tutorial about JUICY FLICK...

Yo Vik, been ripping mostly mr Steele builds for a while. I just built made a Vik build with a fettec 45a and FC and the f40s. It fucking rips dude!

hi vik as you about to enter the gap you need to straighten your quad depending on your camera tilt?
Yeah tilt matters. I think I’ll do camera tile as another video completely
Hey vic I have a problem with my quad when i arm it and give a little throttle it starts to take off to the moon why
ViK RuleZ :D
Thanks man 🙌🏽
What camera angle are you running? I feel like I have to use a lot of roll to have such a flat perfect yaw
20 ish. You want a video on my camera angle and tips?
Yes! I came here to say the same thing, I’m like how is he getting such flat yaws with practically no roll input?!?! Lol
VIK FPV I second this and would appreciate a quick video about that as well. Loving these videos that breakdown the moves into steps with clear demonstration. Thanks a bunch!
I got you. Should be a fun topic
@@VIKFPV Yeah, I always thought that low camera angle meant more difficulty for Freestyle and high camera angle meant coordinated yaw with roll....cant wait!
Broi Bring back the Mode 2 stick cam view only... The OSD one is not good..
It’s mirrored though. This one is not mirrored so it shows the exact inputs per video
@@VIKFPV oooh so you're a Mode 3 pilot??
What stick ends are those?
Just last night I was expecting you would be releasing another trick tutorial. I download everyone, and practice them in the SIM before I try them on my quad. I highly recommend. Do you have a trick that would specifically help teach throttle management? Just an idea.
Thanks again bro,. Mack
Yes I just did one. It’s called Pop Out talks a little bit about blipping a lot more coming I’m gonna label it stick control methods
Even if I am on the ground but armed at 0 throttle, if I pull yaw that amount as you, the quad goes really high. Is that normal?
Sounds like you might be invertebrately hitting throttle but if you know you aren’t that is weird
@@VIKFPV oh ok I see, I'll check that then, thanks and great video tutorial bro!
Do backward fly

Do you not mix roll in to keep it flat?
