I tried using this video to make my own
I'm a size small
But my problem is started from where the diamond stitch started, I noticed that it started expanding from that side, and from your own video I can see that it is firm on the mannequin

Hi i love your work please can you help im using acrylic yarn DK but mine seams very think when its doubled, compared to yours . Is it supposed to be so thick or am i supposed to use a different weight. Also you said you used 8 balls of wool was it 50g or 100g please

I’m making this skirt and I can’t get my seam to be straight!! What am I doing wrong?!? I frogged it 2 times and my seam is curving. I don’t know what to do…
Hey love, at the end of each row, slip stitch to the middle of your first mesh space and it should work perfectly. Happy crocheting ❤️❤️

Does this skirt still give a good look if it's not doubled yarn? Would love to use an ombre yarn, but the ombre effect might not flow if i double the yarn. So just thinking.... maybe if I downsize my needle, I'd have more stitches, but still be a good structured skirt?
Yes I made mine with one strand, weight 4 yarn & it’s so cute
Thank you! I used 4 weight mandala ombre with a 4.5 needle.... made this twice, first time too big so i added a tie. Changed my waistband to cable style and considered stretch of the yarn for my size snd it was perfect! @mariepineapples2282
