During the final rehearsal week for our production of Beauty and the Beast, we could all tell that our director was super stressed over the show, so we decided to switch it up and do this as our opening number one day. Needless to say, our director was doubled over laughing by the end of it and let us go home early that day instead of keeping us there until 2 in the morning. Comic relief for the win!

THANK YOU for the closed captions/lyrics for us deaf people :) We get forgotten about sometimes! My app wouldn't work because of the music. I'm glad people can have a sense of humor, I think that is important! Stereotyping is usually uncool but if you can joke around and as long as it's not targeted and encompasses an entire race as a whole, & it's not down right mean or has bad intentions behind it, I think it is ok. Kind of like "King of the Hill" Again, thank you for the lyrics (even though I don't know what some of the words mean!) Urban dictionary time!

I've been telling them to fix it since the beginning, but the transcribed lyrics are wrong. As in the video, bourgeois is often pronounced "boo-she" as slang (should sound like bores-wah). They aren't saying boogie, like the captions imply. It's just like the people who say "boo-koo" instead of beau-coup (bow-coo).
