so irritating case presenter, speaking directly into the microphone, breathing into the microphone,didnt let sir speak, kept on interrupting him 🤦🏽♂️

I couldnt understand cortisol and pyrogen relation...voice wasn't clear ..could someone elaborate
corticosteroids is said to suppress fever caused d/t infections, collagen disease and during evening time corticosteroid level decreases so fever tends to be high.

Moderator should interfere and correct any disturbances. The mic noise made is impossible to listen to what sir was saying

Why do low grade fevers have evening rise?
Because cortisol is high in the morning. It will mask the fever.
The cortisol will be low in the evening and also because physiologically also there will be 0.5 c of rise in temperature that will add on to the fever
