Good info. I have a closed file interview in 2 weeks. I’ve been in dentistry for 24 years are a dental lab technician and also a registered dental hygienist. Since the interviewers have not seen my application, I plan to incorporate dental life experiences in my responses to their questions so they know I’m already in dental. What do you think about this approach?
Yes! That’s absolutely a great idea! Closed file interviews are all about answering their questions while incorporating all your past experiences into your answer.
