Das sieht ja ziemlich routiniert aus, würde mich wirklich über mehr von Euch freuen, lG.

That fine silica dust will give you silicosis if a single particle was to get I to your lungs, even after you have finished its still in the air, I can see you wore a respirator and have extraction, but its so fine it goes everywhere.

Very cool. How many hours would you estimate all the grinding/polishing stages took altogether? How long would it have taken you if done only by hand? Can you run the machine unattended?

Когда диск шлифования делал качающиеся движения с вращением, он как я понимаю как раз формировал параболу?

Why? Do you think it causes stresses that will cause problems later on or some other trade-off? It does not look like this guy is just starting out making mirrors and I guess if they ended up bad he wouldn't be doing it this way.

Totally unnecessary spraying glass dust. A tile diamond cutter tube tool driven with offset and angle on top with constant water is well within your capabilities. I did 6mm deep on 8 inch discs in about 15 minutes using very basic set up. Mask will not protect and all dust needs to be kept in slurry with water.
