I've been out of High School for over 13 years and have finally decided to enroll in college this semester. I am scheduled to take the college assessment test next week and I found this video out of pure necessity. I am truly grateful for this teacher and this video. He was thorough is his explanation of the simplification process. This is the Algebra teacher I needed in 2003!!

You are a life saver. I took a year off from school and my senior year I had no math, so after 2 years I had forgotten most. I watched a few videos and got a 94 on my placement test. I've tried a bunch of different youtubers and I found most hard to follow or just really boring. I just wanna thank you for helping me pass.

I am in my first year of college and math is really testing my patience lately. I decided to google how to solve negative exponents, and came across your video on UA-cam, and this was VERY helpful! I think your approach, of reaching the kids, is something more teachers should aspire to learn. I would have LOVED math in High School if I had a teacher like you. Thank you for helping me work through my negative exponent slump, and I will be using your channel as a go to, going forward! YAY MATH! :)
