Hello Yuka From Portugal! I've been kinda addict to matcha, and recently I even found a chinese supermarket that sells that matcha powder, Recently ive been only making matcha latte, but I'm really thinking about making those matcha cookies and truffles! thank you so much for sharing the recipes!
I like to make matcha cake, it’s so delicious and takes 1h including 45min cooking time. I use ground almond or hazelnuts and yoghurt so you don’t need so much butter and it is just heavenly

These all look really yummy :P I sometimes make matcha butter cookies, but they are a bit more work than the ones you made, I think I'm gonna try yours too and compare, just in case, you see hehe (I put sliced raw almonds in mine instead of chocolate, though, it's less sweet and slightly healthier, but I'm thinking of experimenting a bit and add both things, or maybe even some dried berries to cut the sweetness with a bit of sour... Ooooooh, the fun... decisions, decisions...)
