I had a pair of "custom fit" insoles made for me by a prosthetic shop and to be honest, the Copper Fit insoles worked nearly as good as the custom fit ones did. For insoles off the shelf, they're not bad. You need to remove the foot bed in your existing shoes, then put the insoles in.

My podiatrist made me a custom fit pair of insoles that were perfect until..... My G.P. told me I had to lose weight, I slowly started noticing foot pain as the weeks passed. I chalked it up to walking 5 to 7 miles a day. After reaching my goal, the pain in my feet continued to get worse. I headed back to my podiatrist, I was informed my weight loss actually made my arch's rise 2-3mm, enough that they no longer fit right. My insurance does not cover orthotics, I could not afford another 300 bucks. I went through 8 or 9 pairs from the drugstore with zero relief or satisfaction. Then I saw the copper fit balance insoles. I figured I had nothing to lose so I bought them. After a couple days break in my feet slowly started to feel better, now you won't catch me without my copper fit insoles. On a scale of 1-10, for me they are a 20!!!! Thank God I found them and have had zero problems for 4 years now. When I see them on sale I grab 3 or 4 pairs, because when they wear out, I know, my feet start to hurt.

Take it from someone that has suffered with foot problems for decades. I have had Orthotics, and more foot inserts than I can count. The Copper Fit are some of the best I have used. They are hard and take some time to adjust to, but don't give up. They work. I do not recommend Nike shoes for these, or any Nike. Mainly because most Nike fit tight. You need some room for inserts. I recommend Brooks, Hoka and some New Balance and Asics. Those brands are better at accommodating orthotic type inserts, which the Copper fit are. They definitely help with Flat feet and the overpronation that comes with that problem. For dress shoes its hard to tell, as most dress shoes fit tight. Always remove the insert that came with the shoe, before putting in Copper Fit. Otherwise as the reviewer in this video stated. Its just to tight. Believe me Copper Feet has given me some relief. I got none with Super Feet Inserts. Not enough Arch in Super Feet

Good review I have these inserts, and they do help with flat feet that overpronate. My problem with the Copper Fit is the insert is very hard. After a while that hardness is not comfortable to walk on. The heel strike is to harsh, and that sends the shock right up to my knees. Outcome for me is pain and tired achy feet. But I'm not overpronating. So for me I fix one problem, and inherit tired achy feet. I can't seem to win. Good Luck. Feet can drive one crazy

    • @walkermorales337
      @walkermorales337 4 роки тому +1

If that’s the case you’ll want to look for an insole with more cushioning (issue with those is that they take up more space) or if the shock is during a run you could strike with the forefoot rather than with the heel when running, it’ll take time getting used to it, but it puts less strain on the different joints in your leg

I just bought a pair at Walmart for $10. I only got them because the sketchers I have doesn't have any insoles in them at all. They got lost when I washed them. Hope they help my foot. We'll see.

... at 0:26 looks like you have other problems with the exposed 2x4 rafters and osb sheathing covering your patio. Lol 😁...thanks for the review, it was helpful...by the way is the arch of these insoles made of a hard runber, or firm plastic?

Have worn these insoles for over a year am very satisfied by them for comfort. After initial break in if memory is correct you are supposed to wear them a few hours a day to get your feet adapted to them. Then wear full time. I have two sets to rest them in between.

Vionic shoes, Hoka One One, I’m 23 and I have the same issue on both of my feet. I work for an old fashion shoe store,( we still measure and fit people). And those would be perfect. Vionic has a high arch so if you aren’t used to it, be careful, don’t wear it for long periods of time, let your foot get used to it. Hoka is a rocker bottom shoe, they aren’t for everyone but they worked for me. Both of those brands I use every day at work and promote. Try it and see, you could always go to a foot doctor and ask as well of what they would recommend :) good luck!

Cooper Fit insoles are awesome. For the past several days I've had stabbing pain in my heels and after just one day of use the pain had diminished by 90% by day two I had 0 pain. Thanks Copper Fit for the best insoles ever Dr Scholls can't even compare to these. No more wasting money on other insoles.

Yes a knee or elbow sleeve will help relieve pain in these areas. After developing tendonitis in my elbow I started using an elbow sleeve as recommended by my doctor. The pain is gone. My husband uses a knee sleeve for knee pain caused by repetative movement at work and I started using one too when I have to do a lot of ladder and kneeling work as a merchandiser. I also use the copper fit compression socks to relieve foot pain from plantar facitis.

I used some, but after consulting a Physician. Besides the insoles he can add small rubber bits to the insoles to give the right support you need. And they can give you a better walking posture, if you have condition similar to yours, probably why you not felt the same pain after hike

I have trash ankles im buying time on getting a replacement. In the meantime these do help. I would say they are on the harder side but thats honestly why they work i think as well as they do.they seem to roll my weight back inside of my foot so I'm walking more center and raise my heal which seems to help me from locking my knee while walking. Fix, not at all for me anyway being a more extreme case but a huge umprovement. If your considering them all I could say is they helped me get through12.5 hour work days.

Don't you get custom-made insoles on prescription (or also paid by yourself) in America? I live in Germany and happen to have such problems with my feet myself (flatfeet / splayfeet - something like that) and I usually go to my GP every once in a while to get a prescription to go to an orthopedic technician who takes impressions of my feet (ink on paper) and together with the information from the prescription she builds insoles to support MY feet in the right spots. I pay less than $20 for a pair - the rest is covered by my (general) insurance. (When I had private insurance, they covered everything.)

I went to their website and these insoles have a copper infused footbed. You can't see it because it is the layer that is in the middle. Maybe your metal detector does not detect it because it is encased inside the shoe or maybe their website makes a false claim.

I've been using them for a couple of years now and I love them. I like to have really high and really firm support because my ankles don't really sit solid and one angle or another. For my newest shoes, the insoles that came with them gave me some trouble because they were glued pretty firmly in, but I just went ahead and tore em out because they were garbage. Literally just a flat piece of blue foam. After getting a new pair of the copper fit insoles, I'm noticing how little the old pair has actually worn out. The color has faded a bit, but they're still just as firm and the same shape as when I got them

Copper Fit insoles are great. Used for 1.5 yrs They're not squishy foam, not thick not thin. When I got first pair, thought they were not good because I did not feel the arch. However, I immediately realized that was walking with out pain in the middle of my first plantar fascia injury. About 3 weeks later I could power walk and then soft hog. Morning pain eliminated too. These are great.

*All inner soles will come out. Some have a bit of adhesive underneath, but they will come out. I love these after 22 years stretching from military, fire/ems service to law enforcement where my arches have flattened and I began developing plantar fasciitis. I also overpronate. The price has decreased which is great and I found them at menards for a very low price. I've tried many others with no success, but copperfit I put in every shoe or boot now.*

Being born with flat feet lead to issues as we are meant to have arch in our feet. There is no body mechanic to learn to help that. Your ignorance is painful lol.
