Been trying so hard to use my BN2-20a since November, but adding cut lines in coraldraw and illustrator was so time consuming, that I was on the verge of selling my printer and cutting my losses. I didn’t realise flexi was included in England, as I was told by the supplier that sold me the machine I could only use illustrator and coraldraw to add them. Turned out there was a license for it in my instructions manual, which the installer from the company I bought it had shoved it in the cabinet bit, and not made me aware of it. I cannot wait to actually start using this machine now, instead of dreading using it like before. Have literally printed 5 things since purchasing it in November 🙄
I am getting by BN2 on Thursday. I have totally enjoyed watching your videos. Will be watching more as I get my training done and my printer set up. thanks for all you do!
Yes..I don't have the PC in front of me, but go to the first menu on the top left. Should be "File" then there's an option for something like "Version" and click "Default". The regular menus should return.
Any advice on getting the center of the cut locked in. My printer keeps cutting off by a few mm. I have adjusted but still cuts off on print and cut … please help
I have a BN2 20A and I just started playing with it. In my Versaworks I do not get an option to Perf cut option. Can you help please. Love your videos!
where do you place things on the media to have them print the way you have it laid out ?? I can put it in the right bottom corner and it prints it sideways and on the other side of the vinyl . Im so lost!
If you want more control over placement, you'll want to export the file from flexi with the cut lines and open in versaworks ua-cam.com/video/B00HAGr6vxU/v-deo.html
When I do contour cut it just puts a big box around. Not actually the contour of the image. I even tried saving the file as a png and still just getting a big square. Any updates or is it addressed in a different video?
In flexi use grey colour instead of magenta called perfcut when creating contour cut line this will enable perfcut option in versaworka under cutting condition category

We do not have the “effects” option in flexi…..to make the auto cut contour. Have you heard of this before ? Love your videos !

You need to add the perf cut lines in Flexi picking the Gray perf cut option instead of the magenta cut contour line color
What if you get the yellow triangle with a exclamation mark when you hit print

Under cut controls, uncheck cut image boundaries at 8:44.
what blade do you use??? 45 or 60?
I keep the 60 in there
How do you smooth out the cut line? Anybody?
