From tree

This year I have had enough maple sap and it is the the to tap birch. There might be thirsty persons already enjoying birch tap, but I decided to wait a bit. I will tap next week, when it will be warmer. :) But for now, in this maple to birch transition period, there is nothing left other than improvise with both.
