  • The Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship is a career development program that targets mid-career African women in the policy field to catalyze the design and implementation of gender-responsive agricultural policies across Africa.
    The second cohort of GRASP Policy Fellows convened in Mombasa, Kenya, for their first in-person training of the Women's Leadership and Management Course (WLMC), which seeks to reinforce the skills needed to enhance leadership capacity and managerial effectiveness of women scientists and professionals who work in international research centers and multinational organizations.
