    Very nicely described. I used to experience frequent chest pain like gas problems after delivery. My gall stone was detected in may 2022 during a sonography for fibroids. I was told to take care of my eating habits. Since the stone increased in size by august, i experienced a severe chest pain with abdominal pain as the stone was stuck in cystic duct. My gall bladder was inflamed. I was immediately advised to remove gall bladder. After 3 days of hospitalization i am recovering quickly.

    What are the after effects of having a cholecystectomy? Longterm, what does living without a gallbladder entail? Will there be pain months afterwards? Are lifestyle changes necessary?

      @@Rob__James yes i ended up removing it due to inflammation and a stone stuck on my Gallbladder's neck also known as Mirizzi Syndrome. I'm doing well after months of adjustments. 😃

    I have multiple gallstones 4-5 mm each. Alongwith pain, I am having difficulty in breathing also. Does breathing have anything to do with gallstones??

      Hi Hem Lata, yes due to severity of pain around your rib cage you may feel difficulty to breath. But you have to see which side you feel pain, left side pain is related to pancreas which can come during the passage of a stone from pancreatic duct or sometimes it gets dislodged and stuck in the duct. Right side pain going to your shoulder and back is of gallstones. Also, please start taking Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Lemon squeezed in warm water with a pinch if salt every morning, stop eating heavy meals, eat vegetable based meals which contains no refined flour. Also, very importantly, start taking Bile salts immediately, 1Tbs of EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL- you have to take it as tonic ( not more than this), you can buy it from Amazon, or if you are in India try asking your pharmacist. This protocol will help the stones to be dissolved and you may not need surgery and your body will create bile and start cleaning the GB on its own. I did this for over a month, my severe pain and tightness under my right rib cage is gone, i have no symptoms at all, i have checked with my dr. 3 days ago and i did not have any pain or tightness while he was palpitating but before i have severe tightness and tender stomach. However, i am due for another scan, i know stone are gone, cuz i feel perfectly fine. I wish you very good luck, please do this and you will feel much better

      Thank you for this..
      Also, Spanish Black Radish pills or tea, Rosemary Tea with a bit of Ginger tea mix every 2 or 3 days, Peppermint tea mix with Rosemary tea will do wonders.
      Yes on Ox Bile Salts and TUDCA (synthetic cleaner bile) could dissolve gallstones.Sometimes it could take few weeks to Few months to a year if it's a big gallstone/s.
      Also, cut out refined carbs and sugars from your diet.
      Eat good fats, proteins and Good carbs from whole grains and fruits.
      But avoid anything man made like processed oils/fats,sugary foods and junk food for few months to a year.
      Also, keep your cholesterols at good levels (monitor your bad cholesterol) and triglycerides levels because those will tell you if you are forming gallstones from a bad thick bile.

      Combined with Melatonin, celery juice , green apple juice mixed with virgin coconut oil after 2 months, my ultrasound report;
      findings: liver, gallbladder, bile duct, spleen, kidneys and Aorta all normal, no pericholecystic fluid, Sonographic Murphy's sign is negative.
      impression: no gallstones, several stable polyps smaller than 2 mm. no follow up needed.
      I'm the third person use this remedy and successfully removed gallstones in 2 months. slow process not like gimmick flushing. Doctor don't like to see my post they loose the $100,000 surgery, if you reply I'll send the recipe

      yes thats true. Your body would not be able to concentrate bile and your bile will always in your Intestines since your Liver is making it constantly but there is no where it can be stored.
