My 3 Favorite Art Books: The MUST Reads for Any Artist!

These three books have influenced my artistic journey. By far my favorite is the first edition 1947 book by Loomis, "Creative Illustration." With this book, Loomis play a crucial role in storytelling through art, referencing renowned artists who have drawn inspiration from Loomis's work.
Another is "The Artist Handbook," which covers various aspects of art techniques and maintenance. And this one covers the importance of understanding both creativity and technique in the artistic process. Additionally, let's not forget, Ray Smith's books on perspective drawing and delves into the significance of "The Story of Art" in understanding art history.
