Please don't watch or ise any gadgets while eating. It hinders your brain. Eventually people will not realise tye flavour the food had the energy it gave. Please be present while eating. It will be odd initially but you will get use to it soon.

However, when we show deficiency in a certain vitamin or mineral say for example iron, it means that your body is unable to absorb iron from the food you give. So, the solution is to enable the body to absorb these essential nutrients and not load it with more supplements. Moreover, you don't know the source of these supplements and how they are made. The last thing you want to take into your body is something that is synthetically produced that does more harm to you in the longer run than good. I say this because I took supplements for years and then threw them away as it was making my body toxic. Now I eat clean vegan home cooked food using extra virgin oils, no supplements. I do liver flushes and have been able to reduce 14 kilos of weight. It feels absolutely amazing

But I think it's no harm to take medicines like calcium , vit e , c , d , iron as supplements
